Hurricane Ida destroyed my washer and dryer, among other things. I needed laundry done desperately and google laundry pick up. I found EZ Wash and I'm over the moon. I scheduled a pick up for three giant bags of laundry. It was picked up, cleaned, and returned to me within 48 hours. Text alerts to tell me the status which even told me when the driver was on the way. I'm so relieved to have one less stress in my life right now. Highly recommend using their service. Absolutely amazing! I scheduled a Friday evening pickup with a Monday evening drop off. As someone who lives in a dorm with laundry not being super accessible I figured I would try out sending my laundry out to be cleaned. Save me a couple hours on the weekend and the somewhat embarrassing laundry trek. I didn't feel comfortable leaving two unmarked bags outside of my dorm so I asked them to call me when they got here. Between the driver tracking provided via the app and a call the process was super simple. These guys are like experts at folding. I got my stuff back (several hours early!) and I even asked him "is it all in that bag?" because I just saw one of the laundry bags I gave them. The folding was so compact they didn't need both! I opened it up and then the other bag was tied up inside. I think they must've ironed some of the stuff or something because it sat so flat together. I have one t shirt that wrinkles no matter what, it has no wrinkles and so I do believe ironing is included. Which is nice because I hadn't seen that advertised! This is my first time using a service like this so maybe it's normal, but still greatly appreciated! I got everything back in fantastic condition, it all smells great.
