The reason for the positive review is that they were proactive in response, resolution and professionalism. I do not judge a business or person on their mistakes, rather their response. They have a change machine available if you need to break bills. The machine only takes larger bills, no singles. The washing machines were clean and efficient. The staff did a good job keeping the floor tidy when people spilled laundry detergent. They have metal carts for you to wheel your clothes around, as well as a sink.
