The intake was super quick and very easy. Thé doctor was so kind to a family outside in the hallway and had incredible bedside manner. Came in with head trauma and head laceration. Was given no pain relief, not even a Tylenol after asking over and over. Did not recoeve my normal daily medications and no one seemed to even care to try to get them. Once it was identified that I was a recovering addict I was treated by staff like scum. I should have just stayed home and would have gotten better treatment. They are terrible. Also they left an iv infiltrating in my arm for hours til me, the patient noticed. DO NOT GO HERE read more

After being threatened with an ambulance response, my hubby agreed to go to the urgent care for his gnarly covid19 symptoms. I was able to walk right in, get him checked in, then retrieve him from the car. He was seen immediately upon entering the exam room. He again tested positive for the Rona and was seen by three amazing women, the last being P.A. Jordan Sibol. She was thorough and honest about his symptoms and explained a strategy for him to get through the rest of the week. I was extremely impressed with this clinic, especially after waiting on hold for 18 minutes with our PCP's office this morning, only to be told a nurse practitioner could do a video telehealth with him at 5:00 PM today. What? Time was of the essence here, as his lungs sounded like a crackling campfire and his pulse ox wasn't where it should have been. Five stars for Jordan and her team, a clean and professional medical facility, and efficient staff. Zero stars for our doctor of 15 years. read more

Despite telling me there was no sign of sickness whatsoever in me she tried to force me to take a COVID test despite me telling her I believe the test to be harmful themselves. She didn't care. She asked if my job will pay for it and preceded to tell me she won't medically clear me for work unless I take her test. I told her my job does not require me to get tested. Just cleared by you. She still insisted despite me reiterating that she just said I sounded absolutely great. She is trying to get paid. She doesn't care about your health. read more

I had the worst experience from this provider. I arrived on a busy Saturday with a serious urinary tract infection to the point that I was feverish and suffering flank pain since the infection entered my kidneys. I waited for several hours (I understand they were busy) to be seen. I was examined by a young Physician Assistant who is nice but basically clueless. I was raised by a Nurse Practitioner mother so I am not the typical patient. I also have an extensive post-graduate education and am a provider myself for seriously mentally ill and medically fragile clients that happen to be incarcerated. They took a urine sample but never sent it for testing. It was "rejected" but no one informed me until I went to my personal physician, Dr. Kathryn Bowling, who called them herself and was informed of that. I consulted with a true medical doctor after I called my mother to complain that the medication prescribed at this location were not working. She offered an alternative prescription which is far more effective, which Dr. Kathryn Bowling ended up prescribing and I was able to return to work. Dr. Bowling presented as very timely and very helpful. I found this location more professional in the past, but am now only going to see my regular physicians and specialists. read more

Horrible! I went to this urgent care with shortness of breath symptoms and was asked for payment within 2 mins of being there and after an hour still no doctor saw me. Then, I hear the doctor and assistant yelling my personal medical information across the hallway... I called to let the manager know and had to fight with the young lady that answered the call telling me that she was the manager and constantly cutting me off asking "how can I help you".... these people are a joke I never dealt with this when it was doctors express. Also they still charged me $1 for the visit that I did not get to see a doctor for. read more

If you only knew what I've gone through the past couple of weeks... this place was heaven! So I broke my toe a couple of weeks ago, decided to be my own doctor (which I don't recommend!) and not get it checked out until it was still hurting 3 weeks later. Walked in signed a few papers, they were super nice, the place is very clean so that made me feel good right away. They took me back did an x-ray and had a radiologist right there to look at it and she was probably the nicest doctor I've ever met. Told me I needed to see a foot doctor and I'd probably need surgery gave me a copy of the x-rays and sent me along my merry way. I was in an out in under and hour, it was amazing! I wish this was my primary doctor because they were seriously the best! The doctor even personally called me a few days after to check and see if I had gone to the foot doctor. You can really tell this place cares about the people and not just making money. If going to the doctors was that easy I would've gone to get my broken toe checked out earlier! read more

I have went to this urgent care a few times. at one of those visits they had a lady named Brittany that was a MA. she was the sweetest and most professional person there. fast forward to the other day i go in and request this particular ma and am saddened to hear that brittany no longer works here and was told she was no longer working here due to problems which i was shocked because when i was there before she seemed like such a great employee especially compared to the one i had! anyway the ma i had this time was rude and very unprofessional. the wait time a bit much and then they decided to charge me and my insurance if that isnt insurance fraud then what is? on top of that the NP i saw was loud and rude. i was able to hear other people diagnoses and medical information and i know they were able to hear mine. i tried to complain over the phone the next day but was rudely hung up on. i will be calling the BBB and everyone else i can on this place its a complete joke and shouldnt even be able to run as a business!!! read more

We had a top-notch experience here. All of the staff were great; they were friendly, made us feel comfortable, and got us in and out in under an hour. My wife was seen by Kenneth St. Ours, who was very knowledgeable, thorough, and an all-around nice guy. The medical assistants were great too. Most importantly, they identified the issue and got it resolved quickly, and they were good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. I would not go back to Urgent Care. We called prior going to be certain they could treat my child's problem- an ingrown toenail. We were told yes and come right in. The staff member admitting was clueless. After waiting a long time the Dr came in and basically said couldn't help us did nothing and suggested call a podiatrist. I'm embarrassed to say that I wasted time here. Check in went ok but this is the first place I've gone to that made me give credit card info so that they could automatically charge me once they heard back from my insurance company. You give the info and they'll send you an email saying the card will be charged a certain amount. Unnecessary and scam-like in my opinion. This wasn't the biggest issue. The biggest issue was once I was taken to the back. The doors to the other patient rooms were left open and you could see them being examined. If that isn't a HIPAA violation, I don't know what is. So of course they also left my door open. They have the loudest Nurse Practitioner. She yelled down the hall numerous times talking about patients needs, next steps. Again, NO PRIVACY. I told her my symptoms and she said it's probably the flu without further examination. She says that she's going to test me for it but that even if I didn't have it, she would give me tamiflu. This was back in late February when coronavirus had just started to make its way to the US so I mentioned that I had been out of the country recently. Her response: ok well, if you did have it, there's nothing we can do about it here. You would think she would at least recommend next steps if I thought I had it but nope! She leaves and then comes back after my swab was done and just said: ok, follow me...We're going to give you a prescription for tamiflu and walks away after we get to the front. I call after her to ask what my result was. She said negative and I asked if that meant that maybe I should be tested for anything else since my symptoms were severe she said no. They sent my prescription in and my pharmacy had issues because what they sent was barely readable (they mentioned something was going on with their printer). I'm just embarrassed. The Tamiflu of course didn't work...and I spent the next week with what was probably something way more serious. I wasted my time and money coming here. read more

This place is great!! Fast, friendly, efficient, and accurate. Caught my sons appendicitis, helped my wife when she ran out of her asthma inhaler on weekend and her regular docs on-call wouldn't call back, great for checking out colds, getting flu and tetanus shots, a few stitches, treating UTIs, etc., and referring to appropriate care when it's beyond their scope. Communicates really well with regular docs; always nice with great bedside manners. If they offered primary care I'd sign up!!! Far, far superior to any Patient First I've ever been to. read more

They fixed my ear problem quickly and easily and found that I had the flu during the course of the routine triage procedure. My last review was deleted by owner - go figure. Went there twice within 2 months, for 2 different reasons. Last visit was because of a cough, and doctor gave me antibiotics after listening to my lungs for 1 min. There differential diagnosis did not call for antibiotics, but they were given "just in case". They didn't work, and 3 weeks later I am still coughing, and get a $120 bill for a 5 min consultation. Rip off. Stay away. read more

Was told that there was no paperwork or payment required on my part when I showed my insurance card here in late February 2017, and in April 2017 I receive two separate invoices for $261?!?! I was explicitly told that I would not need to provide payment, yet was charged for having a doctor tell me to resume activities with my injured hand in a few days, only to have an MRI from another facility reveal that I had bone marrow bruising in my hand and may not fully heal for a year or more. I went here because I wasn't able to get an appointment with my PCP. I normally shy away from urgent care centers because the experience is anything but urgent and the people are generally rude. I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was quick and painless. I was called back within 5 minutes of finishing the registration. The medical assistant who triaged me was great! Very friendly, very upbeat and funny! That process was also speedy and I was in an exam room in no time. The PA who saw me was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything - illness, medications, etc. I spent maybe 45 minutes there - total. That's unusual for urgent care! I was headed to urgent care but then saw other 5 star reviews on Doctors Express and took my chances. So glad I did. Staff is very polite. Drove a distance in extreme pain and discomfort. Was Dx /w strep throats. Was prescribed antibiotics, asked the provider if she could prescribed something for pain for a few days. Her words were sorry I can't. This was very disturbing to me that a provider would pretty much tell me my level of pain. If I ask for medication I really have to be feeling bad. This is a time I should have gone to the ER. This will definitely be my last visit to doctors express. Being in pain is one thing, but being treated like a drug seeker is something different. read more

Went to Doctors Express for two different, unrelated conditions within two months. First time, "treatment" was questionable at best, on the borderline of unconventional, as confirmed by a specialist in the field that was consulted 2 days later. Second time, differential diagnosis was wrong and resulted in the prescription of useless antibiotics which did not treat the problem. Spoke to manager who obviously stood by her staff and denied any wrongdoing. If there were a -5 star rating, that's what I would give this clinic. Both times, I was overcharged for terrible treatment. I would have saved time, money and frustration by staying at home rather than visiting this clinic!
