Came here after a horrible experience at Patient First. I was quick to be seen and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!!

I was so relieved to find a place to get treated that wasn't Patient First.

If you're going to practice medicine, know what you're doing!…read more I have a friend who, because of insurance reasons, had to get a referral to see a specialist for a knee injury. She had already had a emergency MRI (Not CT) and the name of the specialist she had seen in the past. She has HMO insurance (Not anymore!), which means you have to pick some random primary care doctor, but had never met Dr.Digerolamo. SO, 6 hours before seeing Dr.Digerolamo, she gets the MRI, a test thats very sensitive for not only fractures, muscle, tendon, and ligament tears, but its the best test to rule out blood clots (Better than ultrasound). She takes the MRI films and the report to her appointment with Dr.Digerolamo (she waited over an hour past her scheduled appointment). She finally gets into a room and this guy eventually comes in. He pokes on her knee, never looks at the MRI report, and says "Somebody has to drive you to the emergency room because you may have a blood clot in your leg." She calls a friend who knows medical stuff and he tells her to get out of that office immediately. That same friend tells her it would be almost impossible for the MRI to miss a blood clot. She picks another PCP and has to wait 10 days to get in with them (They were very nice and NOT late in seeing her). She waits another 7 days to get in to see the specialist. It should be noted that the specialist had an opening the next day after her appointment with Dr.Digerolamo! AVOID THIS DOCTOR. I don't know how the rest of the docs are in this practice but this person has not A CLUE what he's doing. How can you not know that a MRI will pick up a clot in the leg. AND FURTHERMORE, the radiology report told exactly what the problem was. Absolute idiot not fit to wear a lab coat.

finally after 5 days they call me with stat results. They are not what he thought so I asked if…read morethere is something else I should do. I got a sour and snippy "How should I know?" from the staffer. More reason to avoid

All the while, after typing on his keyboard in the exam room and touching his mouse and tables, etc.. put his finger into my mouth without gloves or washing his hands. When I called him out on this he said some patients thank him for not using gloves. It would have been fine had he just did a surgical scrub first, which he did NOT. He said his hands were clean and had recently been washed. Years ago I had definitively been diagnosed with EDS. The criteria has since changed. Leaving one to wonder then, what is the middle ground? Why the need for binary thinking. Because he is a scientist. His line of questioning clearly is more about him reaching his own hypothesis and not listening. If you do not meet the new criteria for his specialty you will not be treated for anything. He is not a doctor to treat a person. Do not go to him unless you have definite EDS, Marfans or dislocated hips, shoulders, rips in your skin, etc.. The whole ordeal ended with a talk about a positive mindset being the most important thing. This man knows NOTHING about me. I am fun, funny and positive. The whole experience left me feeling violated, which is ironic because that was the very thing was over questioning in the beginning. Stay away.

Both times, I found him to be arrogant, rude, and paternalistic. His bed side manner seamed a bit awkward and misplaced. For example, during my second visit I was experiencing morning sickness for the first time. I went into the outpatient center with nausea and gastrointestinal issues. After meeting with the resident, he came in and asked me, "so what are you hoping to get out of your visit today?" I was confused and told him that like most people who visit the doctor, I came in to find out what was causing my symptoms and get whatever treatment the providers deemed necessary. His bed side manner could really use some work.

To be honest I was absolutely terrified... terrified so much that it took me two weeks after visit to complete the review!!! Let me start by saying, there's plenty of parking on the parking lot! You are know how I feel about parking! As soon as I got off the elevator I proceeded to enter the office. Everyone was so welcoming & it was such a beautiful environment. There's a helpful kiosk to your immediate left when you enter that you check in on. The check-in time takes less then 20 seconds on the kiosk. As soon as I sat down, the young lady at registration called me over to confirm my insurance information as well as other options for my mammogram. Within 5 minutes or less I was escorted to the back area. I must admit the back waiting area was just as cute clean and comfy as the previous front waiting area, but way more intimate. It was like I was at a spa! They give you calm colored gowns, the furniture's cutesy, they have reading material, water, crackers, television, and a welcoming atmosphere! The technician that came out shortly after was very very helpful, she was able to provide all information & explain all possible outcomes so that I can be prepared for whatever came my way. Everything went extremely well for me and I'm very thankful that I haven't been requested to return. I highly recommend this office to any female in need of a mammogram or speciality radiology service.
