My family member checked in on the kiosk in the lobby but approached the receptionist when she didn't receive the customary text. The receptionist was playing Candy Crush on her phone, didn't even look up when spoken to and then dismissed the patient. When the patient went back to the exam room and I was the only one in the lobby, the receptionist went outside for a smoke and more Candy Crush. When we left about ten minutes later, she was still outside smoking and playing her game. We had a question when we checked out but since the receptionist was outside and no one was at the desk we just left. As we drove away, we watched her out front smoking and playing, oblivious to any work she was probably getting paid to do. Plenty of other urgent care facilities along the York Road corridor. We will take our future ailments elsewhere.

This was one of the worst urgent care experiences I've had. Several staff members were…read moreunnecessarily rude and had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I was dismissed when I asked for a specific test, even though I know how I'm feeling and just wanted to be safe. The receptionist also gave me attitude over accidentally tapping my card instead of inserting it, which was completely unnecessary. It costs nothing to be kind, especially in a healthcare setting. I will not be returning.

The intake was super quick and very easy. Thé doctor was so kind to a family outside in the hallway and had incredible bedside manner. Totally recommend and cannot thank them enough for their quick turnaround. Will definitely be coming back!

Came in with head trauma and head laceration. Was given no pain relief, not even a Tylenol after…read moreasking over and over. Did not recoeve my normal daily medications and no one seemed to even care to try to get them. Once it was identified that I was a recovering addict I was treated by staff like scum. I should have just stayed home and would have gotten better treatment. They are terrible. Also they left an iv infiltrating in my arm for hours til me, the patient noticed. DO NOT GO HERE

The medical care is the only thing preventing from given this location 1 star. The admin staff in…read morethe middle remain clueless and rude. While trying to update my insurance card for the new year, the admin got fixated on her inability to use the new FSA card. She refused to look at it to enter the new 3-digit code or expiration date into their system while complaining it was expired. She eventually gave up and told me to enter it via MyChart. I had to go back up to get her to scan my actual insurance card and be given it back. I fully expect this bill to be submitted wrong and all because she couldn't do her job.
