Horrible customer service first off. I went in there to purchase an xbox which I did. I then proceeded to sit there for damn near an hour for them to find the parts that go with it, then for them to just pick a new one off the shelf. NEWSFLASH the xbox was broken they refused to let me exchange it and refused to let me sell it back to them. THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A BROKEN XBOX!! 200 bucks I'll never see again. Please don't waste your time and money. They even had the audacity to treat me like I was dumb for buying from them. The only good part is there was one dude who was empathetic about it. Customer service is trash at this place. The reps (two guys in particular, one is black with a fade and the other white with long straggly hair) are pretentious and pretty much view you as less than when you come in to pawn or sell. Not the type of people you'd want to depend on if you're lacking. You'd be better off trying to sell on other outlets like OfferUp or eBay. At least you'd be able to negotiate. Places like this will try to finesse you, only to Jack the resale price up. I've sold here twice and that was two times too many. read more

Worst customer service. Hardly communicated with me when it came down to asking the person up front if they buy a certain item that I had, He Just said no and walked off. Also had pair of shoes, he didn't bother looking at them, he just walked off so I had to pretty much assume they weren't going to give me anything for them, so I just walked out with my items. Says they open at 9am. Currently 10:40am. These guys in there obviously don't want to make money. The owner should fire who ever opened the store on August 31st. Me, along with 3 other cars waited for about 30 minutes. We tried calling and no answer. I would recommend going across the street to Wades Pawn shop. Tried calling and they don't know how to answer, I've called multiple times even my friend tried and they would not answer

I went into this "pawn" shop to sell my M&P shield that I had pawn once be for at a erectable pawn shop, where they gave me a 250$ loan. When i went to see these thugs, they said that could not give me money for a Pawnig as they had too many M&P shields in stock. So I walked around it's all only two and he said well there's more in the back. So because I was planning on moving here and needed money to get everything in order I asked what my best option would be. The manager told me that he could buy it from me for $100 and I said so what you're telling me is you're going to buy it for $100 and turn around and sell it for 350 and he assured me that he would not ask for more than 188 and if I wanted to buy it back he would sell it back to me between 150 and 170. As I went to get it back he said that they can't sell weapons to people without estate i d. So I called the local ATF office and he said that's completely untrue. He said that he would call and contact them for me. Upon receiving his call he said if that was their store policy which he did not agree with me but that they were willing to hold the weapon for me and give it to me for a substantial deduction and price. They said that I had to have an Alabama state ID and I said that is against the law you can buy it from me with an out-of-state ID so you can sell it to me and he said that's not the way we operate. So now I have to spend $40 to get my ID that's if they still have my gun and if they still have hold my promises. The thing that really pisses me off about this is when they bought my gun they said nothing about me having to have a state ID. I'm going next week too try to get my gun back I will keep you posted. But I would definitely not Pawn anything else to them again. For they gave me $100 for that pistol and said that they would not be asking more than $188 for it. The next day when I went in to look to see if it was still there they had it for $425. This company has only one agenda and that is to screw their customers. read more

If I could do negative stars I would. I went in to pawn a 2016 model MacBook Pro that was new and they only wanted to do a pawn for $100 for a computer that I paid well over $900 for. This is a complete rip off. I took the computer wades and they were willing to pawn it for $500 or me sell it to them for $600 so that's where I'll be taking my business from now on. read more
