As a stay-at-home mom, my weekly Target run is one of the few chances I have to unwind--but lately, it's been a source of frustration instead. On multiple occasions, I've experienced terrible customer service from one individual in particular. She's consistently rude, rolling her eyes and speaking curtly to customers, even as she's sweet and almost flirtatious with her coworkers. It's disheartening and, honestly, ruins the experience. I'm determined to find out her name because she really needs to be held accountable for how she treats customers. When I do, I will notify Target on the corporate level, district level, etc. She really brings the quality of the store down. That said, not all is bad. There are some incredibly kind and helpful team members at this store, and I want to especially recognize the security guard at the entrance. He always greets everyone warmly and goes out of his way to make people feel welcome--someone give this man a raise!
