Without an assistant, she was fully occupied with setting up decor downstairs so the prime management of multiple hand-offs, dealing with vendors arriving at once, crossing off key happenings on the timeline was not entirely covered. I called the store and was told to come back, but once I did, they said the balloon had a hole and refused to refund, replace it, or even try to fix it with tape. When I first left the store, the balloon already didn't look fully inflated, but I assumed it was intentional. Clearly, that wasn't the case. Very disappointing experience. I won't be supporting this place again. For me it's not about the money but the way they handled the whole situation.
