I called AB and talked to Darrell and he ordered exact same tires, scheduled mobile service to replace. Ray the Mobile Service Tech showed up on time, put truck on jack stands removed all 4 tires. Took them to the tire shop replaced tires, high speed balanced them. Brought them back quicker than the hr estimate. Put them on and all is well. Fantastic service and work performed by Ray, the technician. I will use them again to change out 4 tires on a travel trailer in storage as well. Highly recommend this business.

My 70-year-old grandmother brought her vehicle to Alberto's because her rear tires were making a…read morenoise. She simply wanted an honest diagnosis. She was told the problem was the wheel bearings and was charged $25 just for the inspection. Based on their diagnosis, we replaced the bearings--only to find out they were never the problem. Not only was the diagnosis incorrect, but they couldn't identify the actual issue and still charged an elderly customer for inaccurate information. That cost us unnecessary time and money. I understand that diagnosing vehicle problems isn't always easy, but if you're going to charge people for a professional diagnosis, there should be confidence and accountability behind it. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. I hope this encourages others to seek a second opinion before spending money on repairs based solely on a diagnosis from Alberto's. 0 star

I have a 2016 GMC Denali that's lifted 10 inches with an aftermarket lift specialty wheels and…read moretires. I took my truck to Alberto's tire shop to get an alignment. They lied to me and told me that it was done and they never touched it but they charged me for it being on the rack. I took the truck back told him that the alignment wasn't done. They told me that I needed to replace my ball joint so I replaced my ball joints took the truck back and they still left my steering wheel crooked, and it was pulling to the right. They told me that there was no help for my truck and that that it had played in the steering wheel I took my truck to Gill point S on Eubank. They fixed every problem that Alberto's couldn't fix Alberto's tire shop the owner the son that works there and the wife. They will all tell you what you want to hear just for the sake of them making money. they need to reevaluate how they treat people and the way that they conduct their business, very unprofessional and very distasteful.

Got a saga for this one!…read more TLDR they're great, fast, cheap, nice, take cash only Onto the story! My tire had been going flat for about a week, I took it to Costco for repair. Repair. They spent 90 minutes and didn't find anything even after dunking it. The next morning I woke up to a completely flat tire. I called AAA to add air to my tire so I could take it to a tire center. The AAA my tech recommended the Pacific tire shop. I took it over there and with in 30 seconds of them taking the tire off. They located the issue, a piece of metal that punctured my tire! The metal caused some warping of my tire, so for $45 and about 7 minutes I was on my way with a new tire! They let me know that it was okay to go to my banks ATM a few miles away to get cash to pay them. They said they're hoping to get credit card payments up and working next week. Highly recommend stopping by for any tire needs. They are so nice after a frustrating week of dealing with low tire pressure.

He made sure the specs to my staggered setup were on point, particularly with the offset on the wheels. Offset is very important among other things when considering new wheels for your vehicle. His installation staff worked quickly and efficiently in order to get me in and out in less than an hour (take off stock wheels, mount and balance new wheels and tires, and then re-mount). I very innocently asked him what the 2 empty bays were for. He ignored my question and raised his voice at me and repeated what he had just said and started walking away...BUT under his breath he quietly said, ' Jesus Christ Lady! What are you, hard of hearing or some shit?' I walked over to him where he was doing something in one of the cars in the bays and I said, 'Excuse me? Why would you talk to me like that?
