I hired this company for a $100 "double cut" to kick off the season. What I got was a rushed…read morejob--there were entire patches of my backyard that looked untouched. If that was a double cut, it certainly didn't look like it. To make matters worse, they damaged my trashcan enclosure and never mentioned it. I was willing to overlook it... until I received an email saying they were coming back to mow again--for $65--without my approval or request. I never agreed to recurring service, and I find it incredibly unprofessional to assume permission like that. I hired them based on the claim of 20+ years of experience, but the results and business practices didn't reflect that at all. I won't be using them again, and I suggest others look elsewhere.

I was in a time crunch, living far from the property, and had no knowledge of best lawncare practices. Chad was fast to respond, reliable, and made a HUGE transformation at my property. When he sent me the before and after photos (see attached), I was shocked and relieved. He removed a dead tree in the front yard, identified termites inside of it, and advised me in order to prevent further damage to my home. Without being prompted, he provided expert guidance tailored to the needs of my yard, like advising when/how to spray for weeds, replant trees, and prioritize the grass.
