The employees sent would only partially pull the weeds in my flower beds and never treated the beds to prevent or reduce the amount of weeds between service calls. By the time of my next service visit (which was supposed to be monthly), the flower beds would be over grown wiith weeds. This fall, they did not trim the hedges or prune the plants in preparation for winter and now I have 2 DEAD Miscanthus Variegatus' in my front yard! The first time I complained about the lack of professional service I was receiving (which was in August 2017), Branden immediately corrected the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. However, and shortly after that incident...things declined again. I haven't received service since April/May 2018 and everytime I reach out to Branden and his wife, I do not receive a return message. Until, last year, I was very happy with my service and Branden literally saved a tree that is planted in my front yard that I hated, but now love, thanks to him. I wish his employees shared Branden's passion and had his horticultural skills/knowledge, because I would have remained a customer. But, because we can't clone him, it's time to part ways. Job- clear a flower bed, place weed barrier and mulch. Add sod on outside area of said bed…read more ---Wow! Initially thought the job was great. 5 days later grass was growing through the mulch. Called Nelson and he said that they had ran out of the barrier cloth while doing the job and he went to the store to get more and his helper must have finished without putting the rest of the barrier on. No problem! (I had already paid him) He agreed to come and put more barrier down. He texted me and said he had came by and still no barrier on one whole end of the bed. I texted him and he said that that was all he was going to do. He was done. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I am now moving the mulch and putting the barrier down myself. I hired TNT to come out and refresh the landscaping in our yard. Their price was cheap but their…read morework was terribly sloppy and unprofessional. They did not pull the weeds that had grown through the old mulch before putting down the new mulch over the top of it. So a week later all of the same old weeds have grown right back through the thin layer of mulch they put down. They also neglected to edge around the landscape to give it that crisp and sharp edge. I called and asked them to come back and pull the weeds and he was very condescending and disrespectful and said yeah weeds are gonna grow back there is nothing I can do about that except come back and and spray weedkiller on them. Hmmm... Maybe they should have sprayed the weed killer before putting the new mulch in? Or just actually pulled the weeds that were there. I have used various landscaping services through the years and have never been this disappointed. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
