SCAM ALERT. register your car at AAA or the DMV. lost $250 (for Rio's "personal…read morefees") for nothing ~ could not get a refund after deciding not to go through with the car registration process. i initially decided to come here because i was registering an out of state car under a family member's name and was worried about the process. i figured a 3rd party could help, that is if they actually did their job and didn't charge me for an incomplete transaction. i also had to deal with Rio's unorganized behavior. when trying to end our transaction, she absentmindedly forgot to bring my folder full of original car documents to our scheduled appointment and dragged the return of my files out for another week, failing to drop them off at my place when she said she would arrive for multiple days in a row. this was incredibly stressful and aggravating, as i had to be on close lookout on my phone when out and on set. it was a horrible process and i was so relieved when I finally had my things back and could move on from this exhausting situation. had no idea AAA registered cars for free. now I know better and will stick with AAA from now on. they couldn't believe i paid someone $250 for no work; i can't believe it either and i'm upset i allowed myself to get scammed. DO NOT waste your time or money here. skip the exorbitant personal fees and pay the mandatory DMV fees at the DMV or AAA.
