From finding out what necessary steps i have to take, their elusive adjuster who never follows up with anything and finding a body shop that will even accept payment from the state alone almost made me give up on my car. That's where Aaron comes clutch! Even though this was his first experience dealing with the state he didnt hesitate to take my car and GUARANTEED me that it will be fixed no matter what. After almost 2 weeks of my car being in his warehouse just waiting for the state to comply and approve everything, i recieved a phone call from Aaron wednesday morning saying that the state gave us the go sign. Saturday the car was done. just 3 DAYS!! Mind you, The accident happened last week of Feb. For 4 months my car was an eyesore. That misery ended today when i went to pick the car up at the shop. My car has never looked better! It was like a brand new car and to be honest, the car looked WAY better than the day i got it from the used lot. Thats because he went the extra mile and got the car detailed. in and out!!! Thank you so much again Aaron for your above and beyond service!
