These are run-flat tires designed to be driven up to 50 miles with no air at all. As a result, cars fitted with these tires are not outfitted with spares, nor do they contain spare tire compartments. The problem was the nearest shop with this tire in stock was 42 miles away. Enter Dustin at Grand Beach Towing. He arrived at our location in minutes, secured our car with great care, and drove my wife and myself to a location 42 miles away. While in route, he told stories about accommodating groups with more people than he had capacity to carry in his cab, by having friends and family to assist in transporting them, because he didn't want to leave them alone at a strange location.
