I've never had this combination before, but it was quite delicious with the fresh greens on the side and delightful, creamy sour cream. I LOVE sour cream, yum! I tried a bit of my bf's Rösti Chesa al Parc with cheese, prosciutto crudo, and fried egg. It was quite heavy but also delicious, with the strong scent of cheese. Kind of reminded me of Raclette or fondue cheese. Definitely filling and warm for the tummy on a cold winter's day. Other tables around us had a variety of sausages and cheese fondue, and the outdoor seating seemed quite filled up, so I think this place is pretty good for Swiss specialties in an idyllic setting.

The truffle fettuccine alfredo was very delicious the pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so good you could drink it. The sedanini 3 tomato pasta had a very good flavor profile and tasted very fresh. The carbonara was also extremely good and had guanciale which added the most perfect saltiness. The tiramisu was also very good i enjoyed that the coffee used was not caffeinated so we were all able to sleep that night. The second time we went i had to step out to attend a meeting via zoom and took my food to go. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating and offered to pack up some of the delicious tomato cucumber salad my parents had left for me. The hospitality in this restaurant is next level everyone is extremely nice and welcoming.

The hot chocolate and coffee drinks were, in fact, great, if pricey. (It's San Moritz, even in low season -- it's going to be pricey.) Service was harried but polite. Views from the window over the lake and to the mountains were nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to return here, but I wouldn't turn down the suggestion to go in again, should I ever again visit San Moritz.

I was expecting little button mushrooms à la grilled mushrooms in the U.S., but instead these were HUGE, thick slices of mushrooms that covered the entire top of my steak. I don't know what my friend ordered, but I tried his thin slices of semi-rare beef, and it was also very good. One of my friends ordered tiramisu for dessert, and it came with a very light, airy cream, almost like whipped foam on a cappuccino. Quite tasty, but I think I actually prefer the heavier mascarpone filling. My dessert of choice was of course something I've never tried before--a warm dish of cooked plums with pink pepper and mint ice cream, topped with a spun sugar nest. A bit tart yet also sweet, it was a delectable finish to a fantastic dinner.
