GREAT gym! There are two things I really love about this place. The first is the actual workouts. They're challenging but you can work at your own pace which allows you to work up to doing some of the really intense stuff. It's a total of 45 minutes and you switch up exercises in 20-45 second intervals so time goes quickly but you DEFINITELY leave feeling like you got a complete workout. It's all guided so you are never left wondering what you're supposed to do. And the trainers will correct your form and give tips and tricks if you need to modify a movement. It's quick and efficient - perfect for a busy mom like myself! The second thing I love is the atmosphere. I would not consider myself a "gym person" but I have never once felt out of place at F45. The trainers are friendly and motivational, the other gym-goers are of all shapes and fitness levels so you never have that feeling of being intimidated. It's just overall a positive atmosphere and for the first time ever, I actually look forward to going to the gym! TLDR; Highly recommended! I stopped by F45 on a recommendation from a friend in Australia (where the company originated), ready to sign up on the spot. The owner was friendly and suggested I try out a week of free classes before paying. Okay who does that, points for honesty! Then he told me about a six week challenge; being the completive person I am, I downloaded the app in the parking lot and started the challenge the following Monday. I have never felt so included and welcomed at a gym in my life. It is a fun and energizing environment, the coaches are amazing. As a newbie the coaches corrected my form and make modifications or weight suggestions in a manner that is educational and not at all intimidating. Today marks the beginning of my sixth week with F45, the support is on point, with meal plans and grocery list included, I have been able to lower my body fat and weight without starving myself, and I actually eat more now, since you are encouraged to eat every two hours. I will begin by saying this gym is nothing like any other I have ever been to. I am sure many people have said that about other places, but for me, this statement couldn't be more true! I have struggled to stay committed to gyms in the past....until F45 came along! This place has changed my fitness in so many ways and I will forever be grateful. F45 is the best group fitness facility in town. Plateaus are practically impossible with F45. Every single day is different so you are constantly challenging your muscles in new ways- which means you're always improving while getting leaner and stronger. You cannot get bored of a workout because each one is new and exciting. The environment at F45 is top notch. The owner, instructors, and members are all welcoming and positive. I am a previous Orange Theory Fitness customer. After going to that gym for over a year, I was bored and unmotivated. The heavy cardio brought on a sweat, but I didn't feel stronger overall. After my first F45 visit I was hooked. This is the full body workout I've been looking for. The format of the class makes it challenging, but doable (you can do anything for a minute). F45 is the real deal! I was so nervous to start, but all of that quickly went away by the end of the first workout. Even being out of shape, I was able to modify what I needed to until I was able to build up my endurance and strength.
