I've worked with Mark Morgan for several years now, and he is, without question, the best trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge of fitness, strength training, mobility, and overall health is incredible, but what really sets him apart is after all these years, he continues to challenge me, and somehow keeps me engaged even on the days I'm not feeling it. As a former college athlete, I've become noticeably stronger, my overall fitness has improved, and I can do things today that I couldn't do when I started. When I've had physical concerns (including a fun year with frozen shoulder) I relied so heavily on the expertise and experience of Dr. Jon Francis - who is absolutely incredible... and also a phenomenal trainer himself! But the biggest transformation hasn't been physical. The greatest gift F3 has given me has been my mental health. Life is busy, stressful, and demanding, and that hour has become something I genuinely need. No matter how I walk through the door--stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or distracted--I always leave feeling happier, more energized, and in a better headspace than when I arrived. The entire team at F3 is so welcoming & encouraging. I've made genuine friends in some of the trainers and others who work out there. I've seen great athletes improve, and I've seen people regain their lives there. It is a space for everyone, completely free of judgment. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've been training for years, Mark meets you where you are and pushes you to become the best version of yourself. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares about you as a whole person, I cannot recommend F3 and Mark Morgan highly enough.

What keeps me coming to F3…read more is the variety of classes, the time they are offered, the quality of all the instructors , and I have never been bored. All the classes are fresh, challenging and fun. I have met a lot of nice people and formed friendships as a result. I look forward to going there all the time. Note: he also guaranteed I would love it or he would buy my class! Second Note: I bought a 5 class pass the second my class was over--if I was local I would have bought a monthly membership! I live in Los Angeles so I have been to a number of incredible gyms and various work-out concepts/experiences. I was in town visiting family and decided to give it a try--I am SOOO glad I checked out this place--now only if I can recreate it in Los Angeles. I went to the Wednesday night 6pm workout. They have nightly group workouts on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6pm. Wednesday was focused on conditioning and sculpting and Monday/Friday are generally more cardio geared. The great thing about Pit Fit is that we did interval training at 12 different stations around the gym. THEY HAVE SO MANY THINGS IN THE GYM--I can only imagine that the opportunities are endless. Some of the machines I had never heard of before--such as the ski ergo machine, Jacob's Ladder, etc. Some of the stations were twists on classics--such as standing up push-ups using resistance bands & lunges with a kettle-bell. The instructor walked us through each station and then assigned us various stations and we rotated through the entire cycle of all 12 stations. It was awesome because you really are only competing against yourself and you're able to truly focus on your individual station. Everybody else is doing their own station so nobody is watching you (except for the instructor who offered feedback to each individual to improve their form). Each station was only 50 seconds which was awesome so that you didn't get tired of the activity! You then had a 20 second rest and you rotated on to the next station. We did the entire cycle 3 times. I haven't even mentioned the coolest part---when you check-in you get a heart rate monitor to wear the entire time. During the entire work-out you can monitor on a large screen your heart rate. At the end of class they are able to tell you exactly how many calories you burned and they even email you a summary of your workout! I can't wait to go back again just to see if I can beat my stats from tonight. All of the stats include details based on Polar sport zones which is so awesome! Every single workout is completely different with new stations and new activities. I am so excited for the next class---so much better than group exercise classes that you literally know every single movement by heart and nothing is new or different. Thanks PIT FIT! YOU GUYS ROCK!

The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and they made sure my friend and I felt supported throughout our entire trial class. The people in the class were just as friendly and helpful and made sure we knew what to do throughout the workout. If you're a beginner looking for an encouraging, fun place to try CrossFit and see what the hype is about, this is absolutely the place to go!!

The box is pretty standard with bars, kettle bells, med balls, rowers, and bikes. The music inspires you to work harder than you've ever worked. Coaches are on hand to give advice on mobility and safe movement. I'm enjoying myself so far despite feeling the workouts three days later. Be prepared to drop a pretty penny if you choose to come here. But for the level of service and community, I'm confident it will be worth it.

I have worked out for most of my life and was an athlete in school so the gym is not new to me, so I thought. The coaches here at M4G CrossFit open every class with a QOD-question of the day! This allows everyone to get to know each other better and find out who has things in common with you. They discuss the warm up and workouts but they also BREAK DOWN EVERY MOVE...what? Wait, did I really say that?!? Yes I did! They want you to learn proper form and correct technique so you don't get hurt doing something you don't know how to do; or get hurt doing something you thought you knew how to do. And guess what, I found out there is a lot I thought I knew but my form was off. Definitely explains those days of "oh my shoulder hurts" or "won't do that move again". We only know as much as we are taught, right? These coaches are awesome! There is so much offered here: multiple classes throughout the day, open gym, partner WODs, OnRamp (beginners training), and personal training. Not only does this gym support its members in their health and fitness goals but they are a huge supporter of the community. They do community events to raise money for our city! How cool is that?? If you're looking for "just a gym", you won't find it here. If your looking for a fitfam that pushes, motivates, and supports you...you've nailed it here. Come check these guys out!

It definitely gives me the old school gym vibe. The people are extremely nice, and they even have a gym puppers named Gracie. It has everything from Cross Fit to weightlifting to powerlifting which I think is great because they cater to more than one strength training group. I can tell you this, I WILL be back!! I absolutely loved it here and it is great for a killer workout.
