First off it's 24 hrs, which is awesome if you have a wonky work schedule or don't want to feel pressured to go to a packed class at 5:30pm. The space is great and the equipment is all up to date and clean. I also find there is a great balance between a group setting and working out alone since there are coach led classes and virtual in studio classes. You can show up to a class, become a regular, and make friends or you can go at less popular times like 8pm on a Saturday night in July and workout with just a few people. Very welcoming and it seems to hit all workout levels. The heart rate monitors are also able to connect to separate app and I use mine with my peloton. Definitely recommend going to at least a few classes! It usually only takes one though.

The workouts are challenging, and they rotate through Cardio, Agility and Strength and each week levels up. You workout while wearing a heart rate monitor and can see your heart rate on the screens. The cardio is done on bikes and rowers, and the resistance workout is split into traditional and functional. The traditional side has their version of dumbbells - nubells, and the functional side has racks with sandbags, TRX, and there's always some great challenging bodyweight movements mixed in there. A secret bonus of Eat the Frog...they have classes ALL THE TIME 24/7 ... so yeah everyone wants to go with the encouraging helpful instructors, but what if you're free at 2pm or 9pm or 4am...you can go! All members get a key fob and the virtual workouts play on the screen all day long! Each day includes virtual workouts for all types Cardio, Agility and Strength so you can snag whichever workout you want every day! There are always other challenges, programs and incentives going on. Plus, Marla really does a great job at creating a community. This gym looks similar to other corporate small group fitness places, but she gets to know her clients, reminds them of programs, and also benefits of the gym/program that might go unused! Pricing is competitive with other similar gyms, but I have tried a few others and I feel like I'm getting more value for my money here! They have a body scan scale you can get a membership that includes or buy a la carte to get a more accurate muscle, fat, water % with your weigh ins.

They have been welcoming and kind as I learn proper form. I started typing out staff members' names but, honestly, they have all been fantastic! Myriad has multiple membership levels; mine is the Bootcamp + yoga plan. I'm still working back into fitness routines, but I've seen a lot of progress in this short time. So who knows, maybe CrossFit classes will start down the road as I build. My biggest surprise in joining this gym, though, was the yoga classes. This has been huge as I need to stretch out, but honestly, the warm yoga is probably the highest calorie burn I've seen in an hour's time. Oh and if you're looking for a gym, now is the perfect time to join as they prepare to open up their new space in the Stutz Building.

I've gotten to push myself and try movements I'm not used to 3. THE COACHES! Honestly the coaches are the best and make sure you're prepared for the workout, talk you through modifications to the exercises, etc. The class can be as challenging as you make it! 4. The group setting. It's so much more motivating (for me at least) to work out with a group with others pushing you. NapTown has so much more to offer than group fitness, too - yoga, nutrition, community events, workshops, etc. They've taken so many steps to help mitigate the pandemic, including virtual class options and designated workout space clearly marked out on the floor. They've been so communicative through the entire ordeal. Between the members-only Facebook page and weekly newsletter, I always feel informed about happenings and updates at the gym. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a fitness community to call home!

First off -- I have never been a group instruction, class going, sweat in front of people kinda gal. I was skeptical, but reluctantly agreed as she was celebrating her birthday with a Zumba party. (A Zumba birthday party? Who does that anyway?) Lemme tell ya. LTG changed my mind. I was HOOKED after one class. There are also Boot Camp, Pound, Dance Fusion, and Kangoo classes offered. Check out the website for info. The owner (Tye) teaches Zumba classes on Saturday mornings and Monday and Wednesday nights. She. Is. Amazing. If I am going to go to a class, I expect to feel like it was worth it. I walked out of my first class dripping ... And smiling. So much fun! She changes up the playlist to keep it fresh, yet includes crowd favorites that everyone knows the moves for by heart. Did I mention it was FUN? The best part? LTG prides itself on being a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE and holds to it. You will find all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels of ladies here. Tye makes it a point to get to know her classes and makes you feel welcome. Come early or stay after to chat with her. So cool. There is also a free LTG app... Lots of good info and you don't have to be a member to get it! Go to your App Store and download it NOW! Better yet, drop in for a class and try it out... Only $7 a class to drop in! Long story short - here I am 6 months later... Attending 1-3 classes a week... Down some serious pounds and happy to be a sweaty part of the LTG family.

When I started to get serious about my fitness/weight loss journey, I found the support and guidance I needed to get started at LTG! There are Zumba, Bokwa, Boot Camp, HIIT, and Hip Hop Step classes all through out the week. I go to Zumba faithfully 3-4 times per week and it always makes me sweat. Her cardio classes also include toning and sculpting. Tye - the owner/fitness instructor for Zumba and HIIT - changes the formats constantly so that the body never gets used to the same workout twice! I have made FRIENDS at LTG who are on the same fitness journey as me and it's been so rewarding! Every time I get discouraged, one class at LTG and I feel back on track again! There are so many supportive women who make this place memorable. (Though this isn't a women's only gym - men attend too!) Tye also offers a 60 Day Challenge that includes a nutrition one-on-one, weekly weigh ins, and initial, mid-challenge, and ending measurements. Her classes and challenges are affordable and they work! I also like that Tye supports other women and sells bottled water from a local minority and woman-owned supplier. Overall, 5/5 for good environment, classes, cost, and results! Great job Tye!
