Obviously it's not an exact match, but they assured us it would be hard to tell a difference. I was skeptical... but they were right. They showed up on time, didn't leave any mess, were respectful to the neighbors property, returned the rock/gravel to previous location, and even came back a few weeks later to pressure wash the wall as part of their normal service! I had planned to do this on my own because I've seen drops from other fence installs. The fence/wall is a true 6' all the way around. You can see in one of my pictures that the neighbors existing "6' fence" is a full block shorter! Price was right in the middle with 3 bids we got before choosing Hernandez. Would definitely use them again!

We repaired it and installed a French drain. Our other home is on a hill with a daylight basement and had issue where the rain was coming down a hill into the crawlspace above the daylight basement. Again he repaired the dirt area, which was very difficult in this home, and installed a French drain. No issues since! He will be my first call anytime a home of ours has draining issues.

The biggest problem is that the gates do not line up properly when they close, making them difficult to use. Both gate latches also fail to close correctly. I even asked them to fix one latch because it was originally installed on the outside of the fence, but it still doesn't function properly after their attempt to correct it. The overall craftsmanship is poor. The spacing between the fence boards is inconsistent throughout the entire fence, with some gaps much wider than others. It gives the fence an unprofessional appearance and makes it obvious that little attention was paid to detail. I expected much better workmanship for the amount of money I paid.

It took almost a month. They were not supposed to cut the joints but were supposed to use cold joints. They cut most of the joints, lots of chips and cracks. They only sent unskilled workers with no supervision. They painted a grey sealer on all of my concrete, I wanted clear. The sealer started coming off within 3 months. They will not return phone calls.

They have pushed through multiple peoples gates with there animals in the backyard, not notifying them before hand. Last week our neighbor confronted them and then they proceeded to laugh and smerk after they let her dog out. And they continue to lie about the yards they have mown and continue to collect the money for it. They haven't mowed my lawn since the first time they pushed through my back yard.

My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you.

The drywall work inched along and one of the guys was sick while doing the work and even fell asleep in our home while he waiting for someone to pick him up. We have planks of flooring that are spaced apart and other planks that have chip damage in them and we wanted them fixed but no one could be bothered to come back and do the work. We walked around the house with blue tape on the floor for almost a month before we gave up. We paid in cash, on time when asked and didn't get the treatment back that we should have been given.
