The risotto was perfectly cooked, very creamy with an abundance of fresh mushrooms. We topped with a drizzle of the spicy olive oil. And man that's got a bite! So good. For dinner I had the meat lasagna and my husband had a pasta with sausage. Both were very good. Mine was a large serving, filled with delicious pasta, cheese and sauce.
