Among the many dishes that are reinvented Italian fare, they do fantastic dishes with seitan and you feel as if you have entered seitan heaven. We recommend The Napoleon, for the creativity of its preparation with the slight flavor of blood oranges is beyond compare. They also have the most terrific complete onion filled with pasta (which tastes a little like risotto). The restaurant itself has a comfortable atmosphere and you can go casual or dressed up. We did not expect something so unique and satisfying. We "travel for vegan food" and have eaten in many many vegan places in Europe, Canada, Turkey, Brazil and The United States, and this is definitely in the top three if not, the top one.
