I have scheduled wall paper service through Yelp with this company and after agreed upon date which…read morethey have confirmed on a daily basis including the day prior to install. Then at 10pm in the day prior to install I get a message that they have to reschedule, after literally confirming the appointment 12 hours prior. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. On the day of install I get a hold of Alex and he rescheduled for the following Monday. Finally on the day of install two guys (not Alex) show up. Alex said they are affiliated but judging by their craftsmanship quality - just awful. They were given strict installation instructions: to paint seams prior and measure out the paper. Instead the guy just started putting paper on. The instructions that I provided and said to them called for application of glue only to the wall. This guy put it in both wall and paper and as a result spoiled a large piece of paper. Then instead of stopping to realize that he is now having to be extra careful - continued to apply paper not as required by manufacturer. One hour later he calls me to a half finished job saying he ran out of paper. The workmanship of this company is beyond bad. Look at the picture and the seams that are completely visible. I specifically said to paint the seams. Nothing was done. This company is bad. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
