I went for the first time on a busier day and the associate Grace took her time to fully explain…read morethe washes to me as well as the membership. I also had a lot of bugs on my windshield from a roadtrip we took, so she reassured me the wash would get them off, but if they didn't, I could rewash for free and she'd mop the bugs off!
