I have only shopped online for Fabletics and my first in store experience at this store was meaningful and wonderful. The staff is very helpful. I had some fabletics pants that were new with tags that I just wanted to exchange for size. I was unaware that you can not make returns after 30 days. They gave me a story about how the material maybe made differently. I just needed to buy a size up, although I life their products it's just easier to shop somewhere else. read more

I never imagined I would write a 5 star review on a clothing store, but I just had a lovely experience making a return from a purchase online. I love the brand and this store was very clean and organized and the employees greeted me with friendly faces and were happy to help. A little store right next to Lush, hardly anyone visiting it. Has the basic colors of leggings like black, grey, turquoise, all mostly solid pattern. If you want to sign up for their membership, you can get 2 for $24 right now. It's not a deal to buy without the membership. Easily cancel anytime per phone. Online has all the good stuff. Unfortunately size small is all I can do here and the ones I like fits me way too tight. Recommend probably going up a size, though they do have power hold types, which means they're meant to be tight, I just can't handle it. Was super excited that a Fabletics opened up in king of Prussia mall. Now I don't have to go to Christina anymore. Although I do still like going to Delaware for other shopping, so I might still go to the one in Christina sometimes. This store didn't seem to have quite as many items as Christina. There was a sports bra I liked but I couldn't find the matching pants for the outfit. Maybe it was rolled up in the pants section I'm not sure, but I'm used to the outfits being all together in the same area. I did buy a couple tanks and sports bras for their Labor Day sale at 50% off though which was pretty sweet. Lauren working at the counter was super awesome, friendly, helpful and funny. Best cashier I've seen in a long time. There was a purple sports bra I wanted but they didn't have it. She double checked in the back for me but couldn't find it, but ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house for free. She also informed me about the free fitness classes they offered which I didn't know about before, so I'm gonna try to go to some. I am a vip member and order a lot of stuff online, but I like having this store as a place to browse items and try them on before buying. Will definitely come back. read more

Went to go to Lush and didn't even know this store existed. Pulled my stretch pant leg down and ripped a hole in pants leg so while passing this place to get to Lush I had to stop in. Love the product, really do. But their communications aren't the best. You have to opt in to ALL emails in order to get the one that tells you your credits are about to expire. I opted out of a single type of marketing email (totally unrelated to credits), left multiple others enabled, but according to customer service I was only set up to receive them for purchases and "movement". The only email settings you can even control seem to be marketing-related. Nowhere was I allowed to specify that I only wanted them for purchases and movement. (And really, if anything's going to qualify as "movement", it seems like the imminent cancellation of your credits would.) When I contacted them I was told that no one could restore the credit. Is it my fault that I didn't realize they expired after a year? YES, that info was available to me. Is it their fault their email settings are jacked up and benefit them only? Also YES. I'll do better, hope they do, too. read more

Quality, customer service, and energy is unmatched. Every time I have been in the employees are looking cute and having fun! The music is always on point and everyone is awesome at helping with everything they can! The products are impossible to beat as well. There's a size, style, and fit for everyone, you just have to find it! and the girls are always there to help! If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter's order was cancelled twice. I was initially told her items were out of stock. Then she reordered and was told there was an issue with billing. I received the following email response. She was informed that you are only permitted to have one household account? Though the website states this nowhere, and also specifically asks for sizing and preferences for ONE person. My daughter is 21 years old. She is a dependent who resides with me. This company is a complete scam and when I email Fabletics customer service directly, I am told that they will not handle via email (this email was through a third party website for reviews). Rather, you must call and wait and extended amount of time before an international agent answers your call. This company is a total scam and I'm now going on day three of over $600 in pending charges (for both orders) on my bank account. So basically Fabletics froze my money, and refuses to send the order. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Or at the very least, do your research. There's reviews just like this all over the internet. I wish I would've known beforehand. read more

I have a pair of joggers and they fit perfectly at first but since they went into the dryer on low, they shrunk up to fit someone petite. (not me) for the amount of money I paid, they shouldn't have shrunk. I'm very disappointed. read more

As I was sitting with my service dog, minding my own business outside of Fabletics I noticed an employee staring at him. We were simply sitting in the common area and I was eating a pretzel. The employee kept standing by the door looking at us with a very judge mental stare.. moments later another employee walked up and literally was bending down, knees touching the floor saying loudly "where is the girl with the dog? Where is she? I have GOT to see this!" When she spotted me and realized I had heard all of that, the two girls started cackling and running to the back of the store. I have never experienced this kind of disgraceful behavior before. This is the first time anyone has ever tried to shame me for having a service dog. The staff is so incredibly unprofessional. I hope that this never happens to another person with special needs here again. I will be contacting their manager. read more
