We needed upholstery fabric and didn't relish paying $30-50 a yard so stopped here on our way to Costco. We had to wait a few minutes until they opened and I was surprised that there were two others cars aside from us waiting! For a fabric store! They say they have 10,000sf which sounds like a lot but apparently really isn't THAT much unless I missed a big room or ten. (I mean, 10,000sf is 100ftx100ft or almost five of my house or a small city block and there definitely was NOT that much stuff.) But it is VERY nice that everything is $7.99/yard. It only took about 15 minutes (two trips around) to pick what we wanted and everyone we interacted with was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend checking out this place if you need fabric. read more

Quite possibly the RUDEST people on the planet. Bought fabric from here, never received any updates, I had to call them. When I went to pick it up I was rudely adressed with "we close in 10 minutes" instead of "hello, welcome, just to let you know we're closing in 10 minutes, let me know if we can help with anything". Great service and great prices for outdoor and upholstery fabric

I have been here twice and both times I felt so awkward like I was bothering the people working there. I went to buy fabric to cover a chair and was told that their bolt wouldn't cover my chair (are you kidding me? It's a slipper chair?) and that I just couldn't use it. I have been sewing my entire life (clothes, costumes, upholstery, and more) and I've never been talked to like that at a fabric store ever. I am never going back. read more

Love that the staff is so nice and helpful. I worked with Linda and she is just a doll. She helped me pick out wonderful fabrics for my outdoor cushions and was easy to talk with. She took my concerns seriously and helped me understand the amount of material I needed so that I could make the best choices. The costs are not extreme and the selection is great! I can't say enough wonderful things about this store. When you buy fabric here, it is not only satisfying my creativity and sewing needs, but makes doing the sewing myself financially satisfying as well. A very hard thing to say about sewing these days. This is a required stop every time I come down from Virginia. The fabrics are current, varied and I can always find something that makes me salivate. Shame on that one star review! You should blame yourself for not knowing the return policy before they cut material off the bolt. Fabric, once cut, can't be reglued to the bolt. This keeps the prices low that they don't have to deal with people who buy and return pieces of fabric that can't be sold in large cuts. Shame on them for blaming my favorite store when the one star should be for the customer who can't read a return policy. It is hard enough to find brick and mortar fabric stores where you can touch the fabric. Let alone at the fabulous prices they have. Only issue is, they keep my fabric cabinets full of fabric waiting for that perfect project. read more

I love this store and visit often. Everyone that works there is so helpful and friendly, with the exception of the manager. She never smiles, seems like she is always in a bad mood, and acts like you are bothering her when you have questions or ask for suggestions. I actually try to avoid her for fear that she's going to ruin my wonderful shopping experience. A few weeks ago, she had an issue with a customer and decided to speak with her about it in front of everyone in the store - the poor woman was so upset, she broke down and cried. Just awful that she couldn't bring the woman to a back room to discuss the issue. read more

They are very nice when selling you fabrics but not so when attempting to return merchandise. Would not even take back the fabric for a quarter on the dollar. While I should have thrown the perfectly good fabric in the dumpster, l left it for them to resell as they must need the money more than I. Plenty of other fabric shops in town for my future needs. read more

I had horrible customer service problems, the people that were working had a bit of an attitude. They misled me to the right amount of fabric I needed and I ended up only using half of the amount they told me to buy. It was a complete rip off. I will never return and recommend no one to go because of the attitude I received. read more
