I am posting this after giving the company nearly three months to resolve an ongoing issue. The staff has always been polite, yet the service has repeatedly fallen short in ways that have caused real loss. A designer luxury shirt was returned to me with damage in several areas. The proposed solution from the cleaners involved a process that they admitted could cause color bleed and additional harm, but they still asked me to assume the risk. That alone was concerning. On top of this, I had to send my shirts back multiple times due to quality issues, and there was one occasion where the delivery never arrived. These repeated setbacks have been frustrating, but the lack of accountability regarding the damaged shirt is the real problem. I simply need the company to acknowledge the mistake and reimburse the original cost of the designer piece. After months of emails and patience, there has been no resolution. I held off on writing this because the employees were pleasant, yet professionalism also requires responsibility when an error is made. I am still willing to work toward a fair outcome, but at this stage I need management to step in and make this right. read more

I have to commend the manager of Fabricare for coming up with a fair and reasonable settlement for my 94 year old mother in law. The care taker took her drapes to be dry cleaned without asking the cost. When it was done the bill was far more than the elderly lady could afford. The care taker although she was at fault, could not afford the bill either. The manager returned the elderly woman's drapes for a very fair price. Well done. read more

Extremely rude owner on 1/19. Came here on 1/12 to pick up some dry cleaning. The computer printed out a $10 off coupon. Person at the register told me to bring the coupon when I pick up the dry cleaning so I can use next time. When I picked up the dry cleaning on 1/19; the owner said I couldn't use it and the coupon had to be surrendered when the dry cleaning was dropped off. Fine so I can't use it. So I said okay forget about it then. Then the person started on a 2 minute rant about why I can't use the coupon and started speaking in another language to another worker. Extremely rude. Also, the prices suck. Brought 3 jackets, all identical but different colors. One was 6.35. Another was 7.35. And another was 6.35. Not consistent. This is the worst dry cleaning service that I have used in 5 states spanning over a decade. I used them from June 2015 until December 2017. At first, they were ok. Delivery speed was fast and quality was good. In or around the Summer of 2017 things dramatically changed. First, I received a shirt back with a hole torn in the sleeve. The shirt was maybe 4 years old but I had never seen anything like this. I negotiated with the company rep and she gave me a credit for about half the value of the shirt, which I thought was acceptable. A few weeks/months later, I received 4 shirts back with blue ink stains all over the sleeves. 1 of the shirts was really bad and could no longer be worn (the other 3 were still damaged, but I liked them enough to keep the shirts and just live with it). Again, a discount for half the value of the shirt. In December 2017, 1 shirt came back with a hole in the collar. I called again, a discount for half the value of the shirt (or so she claimed). Days later, my shirts come back with dirt and grime all over the sleeves. At this point I am fed up with them and decide to do my own laundry, despite the inconvenience with my busy schedule. Today, I received an email saying that I had a balance due. The customer service representative never gave me the final credit! So not only did I get to pay twice to clean my shirts, Fabricare is also saying I owe them money. This cleaner is a joke. HUGE headaches, customer service that frequently fails to call you back, and many destroyed and damaged dress shirts. Take it from me, the convenience of condo delivery is not worth it. Definitely get your clothes cleaned elsewhere! read more

Conveniently located for me, been coming here about 2 years now. Staff is always friendly and always remembers my name! I can't recall ever being more than one car in front of me in the drive-thru line, love the drive-thru feature. They've never lost anything, I've never had an issue. They are expensive but they pick up and drop off in one business day to my building in Midtown Atlanta so the price of convenience was worth the expense to me due to my crazy work travel schedule. They were ripping off the top buttons on my dress shirts and they did fix that issue and replaced the buttons. Now they lost a Brooks Brothers linen sports coat and the pants to a custom tailored suit. They are unable to locate my items and are not offering to replace the items they lost nor are they calling me back. They claim to have never received the Brooks Brothers Regent Linen jacket and that they did receive the pants to the suit but can't confirm if it went out. The jacket is $450 plus tailoring and the suit pants go with a suit so now I need to replace the custom suit and that is extremely expensive. I have been using dry cleaning services weekly for over 20 years in several states and this is the worst one I have encountered. I am updating the above a day later as they are now calling me back and working on my issue. They have agreed to replace the jacket and are ordering one online from the Brooks Brothers site. Still working on the pants. Mistakes happen. I want to do business with someone that owns them and works on a solution. So going from 1 star to 3 and will adjust more if they completely address the issue. read more

I live in The Arts Center Tower in Midtown and Fabricare does a pick-up and delivery service to here. It has been super convenient and I have been very pleased with the quality of the work. I usually have them do my nice POLO shirts (or Izod or Nautica LOL) and ALL of my airline uniforms. Again, very pleased and just pleased with the overall service I get. Anytime I have had a question, Ben has immediately responded by e-mail and has always been courteous. Just recently, I decided to try their wash, dry and fold service (they supply you with nice laundry bags btw) as my free time to do things like laundry has been limited the last couple of months.......BUT I could not have been more pleased and going forward they will get ALL of my dry cleaning and laundry business. read more

While convenient for valet pick up and drop off at Skyhouse Buckhead, it is not convenient when high end tailored clothing goes missing, multiple times. I had $500 in dress shirts go missing within 1 month of each other, after 10 months of relatively good experience with this company. I do not recommend this service and will not use again. Management was aware of the situation, and while responsive, offered no remedy to fix the issue. How frustrated would you be if you dropped off more clothing than you picked up? I have been using Fabricare Center (at Jett Ferry) for years. The staff is friendly and I get an email when my order is ready. They also offer home pickup and delivery (although I have not used that yet). They are able to handle comforters, leather and bulky items. A couple of times I have left cash in my pocket, which they returned to me. All in all, I have been very satisfied with this dry cleaner. read more

Fabricare is the dry cleaning service my condo building has been using for the last 6 months. I've lived here 5+ years and couldn't be happier. They pick up and return in one business day. They even go above and beyond to call when they have a question about how to treat an item. For example, I had a dress that had leather accents. They called to give me options: either they could outsource to a leather cleaner, they could spot-clean or they could return. I opted for the spot clean and was very happy. My first visit was horrible. I dropped 2 suits off to be cleaned along with several shirts and slacks. After picking up my clothes, I learned that one of the suits returned to me was not my suit. It was the same color and a size smaller, but a different make suit. I returned the suit that doesn't belong to me in hopes I would get my suit returned. Terrible customer service. This place is only getting one star because I can't give it zero stars. I stopped by the drive up window the other day to ask a few questions and the woman working there was visibly annoyed from the start. She literally gave an exasperated sigh when I started talking, after she had whipped open the sliding door with no greeting just a look on her face like I was quite unwelcome. She rattled off prices as fast as she could - passive aggressively - and when I showed her a particular top to see if they'd consider it a blazer or woman's blouse (usually a large difference pricewise), she blurted out a number before I finished my sentence. Clearly she didn't need my business and indeed she's not getting a dime. If she's the owner, she has no business sense; and if she's an employee, she's doing the business harm. Disappointed since the location would have been convenient. Couldn't figure out the insulting treatment since they weren't closed or even busy. read more

I guess I was just convinced that each time would be different. * Several pieces of clothing have come back from dry cleaning shrunken and unwearable. * Several pieces of clothing come back from dry cleaning stretched and unwearable. * A hoodie that I have owned and washed on my own for years came back after one wash & fold trip with the white parts dyed blue. Ruined. * Shirts I sent to wash & fold come back with white powder stuck to them in clumps, probably the insane detergent they're using. * Clothes that come back "folded" are so wrinkled you can't wear them without putting them in the dryer to fluff. * Expensive! One day service statement is an absolute joke. Customer service is clearly not high on the priority list with this company! I have an interview today and now have to round up something else to wear at the very last minute. Told the owner that I have an interview at 1pm and he said that the driver should be here within the next hour. Mind you it was 11:30 when we spoke. Terrible dry cleaner. First, their listed price on the advertisement handed to me was wrong and they called me to say they were charging me more. Then when I got my clothes, a couple shirts had large wrinkles down the front. After emailing a complaint and being promised to have them fixed without charge, they end up charging my card again.
