My husband had a beard trim with hot towel shave and enjoyed the experience with Leslie a lot. His beard looked great (far less scraggly!) after. I had a scalp massage (super relaxing!) and hair cut with Aryn. It's hard to trust someone the first time, especially with wavy hair, but she did a great job and really listened to what I wanted. She was also very engaging and easy to talk to. As an aside, their hand painted walls are gorgeous! Wonderful experience, we would definitely come back.

I have had my hair colored many times & I have never been charged extra for more color that is mixed by a stylist. My hair is fine & shoulder length. I could understand this charge if my hair was very long & thick but I have the opposite situation. They need to build this in the price. It's tacky if I may be honest.
