My husband had a beard trim with hot towel shave and enjoyed the experience with Leslie a lot. His beard looked great (far less scraggly!) after. I had a scalp massage (super relaxing!) and hair cut with Aryn. It's hard to trust someone the first time, especially with wavy hair, but she did a great job and really listened to what I wanted. She was also very engaging and easy to talk to. As an aside, their hand painted walls are gorgeous! Wonderful experience, we would definitely come back.

They really listened to me & I was very impressed. The only negative I would say is - I noticed I got charged extra $25 for remix (of color I assume). I have had my hair colored many times & I have never been charged extra for more color that is mixed by a stylist. My hair is fine & shoulder length. I could understand this charge if my hair was very long & thick but I have the opposite situation. They need to build this in the price. It's tacky if I may be honest.
