I have been coming to this salon for years. I go to the same person each time because she does the best out of all of them. The one thing I do not like is that for close to $90 service (pedi and dip fill & sometimes wax) I might spend about an hour and 10 minutes there. This means they rush through the job to get to the next person. IMO, they should allot a certain amount of time to each person so that we feel we are getting our monies worth. Sometimes the work on my nails is mediocre. And my waxing is less than mediocre. I have to go home and finish the waxing job. read more

I live close to this nail salon, and have been to it numerous times. It has a massage chair in the waiting area which is really nice! I always leave happy with my manicure, but sometimes I feel as though they could be taking more care than doing just the bare minimum when cutting cuticles, me leaving with a little nail polish on my skin sometimes, 1 time accidentally cutting my cuticle and it was bleeding, etc... I am no expert on these services, I just have been to so many nail salons in my time and just comparing their care/services to various past experiences. I've been to this salon before but it is not my normal salon, I had a gift certificate so I decided to give it another shot. This salon is just ehh. It has potential but the employees are rough, and seemed to be in a rush. The salon/waiting area looked like it needed a good deep clean. While I was there I got a deluxe pedicure, eyebrow wax, and had 1 of my acrylics fixed. The polish used to fix my nail seemed very watered down. My eyebrows turned out good, but the women was rough. My pedicure lasted a very long time, had a few different scrubs and lotions. But after my toes were painted I was left to sit without a top coat for 20 minutes while my technician sat in the massage chair in the waiting area talking on the phone. She eventually came over and put a top coat on. Unfortunately, my toe polish is already chipped after only 24 hours. I guess it could've been worse but could definitely be improved. read more

My first and last time going here.. paid for mani and pedi. Was not able to put my tip in the card at first but they finally allowed it. Got home and was looking at my pedicure and there are still rough spots on my feet. U will not be back. During this time , everything should be new and sterilized not just sprayed with alcohol. The technician didn't speak to me the 1.5 hrs I was there and was not gentle at all- was digging into my nails (still hurt today) the second technician was coughing the entire time on her clients and should not have been at work. I have been here twice and both times it was rushed. I don't get to the nail salon often so I was extremely upset when I spent $75 on a gel manicure and a spa gel pedicure and it was so rushed. It was not relaxing at all. My nails did not last a full week! Regular nail polish would have lasted longer than that. read more

Due to COVID, I had my temperature checked THREE times before I got my pedicure. While I was getting my toes done I saw three Caucasian women come in and NONE of them had their temperature checked. Not only was this an act of DISCRIMINATION but recklessly not checking three other people for COVID is highly UNSAFE for others. NEVER going there again! read more

Worst service I have had here. Had an appointment and yet they worked on other clients. Completed my mani while doing my pedi and I had to reach across the seat to complete. Also took a personal call during this service. First world problems I know, but I went there to relax and it wa far from relaxing. Service in the past was great, not sure what happened here. Horrible service! Never spoke English and spoke in their language and kept laughing at me and my friend. We both got acrylic full sets and they didn't even last 3 days. When I called about getting them fixed I was told it would cost another $25! We both spent $60 and learned that the little boy who rang us up over charged us because the lady on the phone said $60? You paid for both? I said no I paid for just mine and she hung up on me. Before that she kept yelling at me telling me to speak to her and continued to tell me to answer her questions even though I already had. She then said that I was not speaking clearly even though I could not understand 90% of things she was saying to me. Overall do NOT go here, they are rude and do not care if they rip you off. Le (Loung) is the Owner and simply couldn't be nicer. I love at the beach where mani pedi's are a regular thing. I paid $25 for a fabulous pedicure and only $12 for a great manicure. They scrubbed, they sloughed, they took care of me. Was fabulous. Yelp directed me to Star nails which I couldn't find and it was her or Walmart. They were awesome. Clean, name brand polished and a scrub is standard. read more
