I have been coming to this Salon for close to two years, I highly recommend it, all of their staff is very professional and friendly, yesterday I had a pedicure and left the salon and went to another store upon exiting my car I bumped my foot and took of the polish off my big toe, I proceeded to call the salon to see if they would fix it, the tech told me to come in and they would fix it for me at no charge to me. Very displeased with this place. The first time I went the lady was so rough. All of my nails wound up tearing with gel polish on. I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never had that happen. Second time I asked for matching polish and got 2 completely different shades of pink which I didn't realize until I got home. I'm Leaving to go away for the weekend and won't even have time to go back and have them fix it. Was there a month ago and was told gel and dip were the same price. So , I called to make an appt and to see if they do acrylic French . The gentleman who answered , not only said yes once , but twice . I ask the price 42$. Great ! I arrive for my 4:30 appt , don't get seen for another 20 minutes, then she tells me they don't do acrylic French anymore , but she'll do the dip , "I'll love it " she says . Continues to take my old stuff off , puts the dip on , and double and triple dips , cause I like a thick white ,and says no extra charge . Finally , all done , go up to pay and 42$ went to 57$?!?!? I have been a regular customer for about 4 years. Powder dip nails and regular pedi. Sandy does a great job. The only reason i need to go every 3 weeks is that my nails grow out but the manicure looks perfect the whole time. Very clean, no hygiene concerns. So I just recently visited this salon again for a mani/pedi and I definitely wasn't as pleased as I have been in the past. They started me off in the pedicure chair, which I did not like because I'd rather give my fingernails more time to drive during the pedi. I understand why they do this if you're getting gel, but I wasn't. The pedicure chairs are still great and the foot massage part of the pedi was good. They definitely didn't buff all of the dead skin off my heels, and the water was a little cool for my liking. The polish looks great though, and overall it was a pretty good pedicure. My manicure however, was another story. I'd only ever gotten acrylics here in the past, but I've been letting my nails go natural recently, so this was just a regular mani. One of my nails had broken about 3mm shorter than the others and I wanted all my nails down to that length, which seemed to confuse the tech (who spoke perfect English btw). I told her I wanted to keep the round shape I had, which didn't really happen, they're definitely more squoval now. My cuticles were definitely not clipped enough and the polish wasn't applied evenly on all the nails. Not to mention there is some stray polish on my cuticles. They were really nice and friendly to me, and the salon is still very clean and bright! Tldr: if go back for a pedicure, but not a mani. read more

I just had a gel pedicure yesterday and today the polish has all but disappeared... except on my big toes. Very disappointed

This is very common in low end nail salons, but none of the techs seem to know how to correctly use an efile, resulting in damage to the nail bed. The "rings of fire" or deep divots in the natural nail are not supposed to happen when using an efile the correct way. Spend the extra money, go to a higher end salon. Was in the area Saturday and went in for a pedicure. I was taken right away and the man who did my pedicure did a great job! He took his time, gave a great foot and leg massage and my toe nails look wonderful. I told my daughter who lives in the area to definitely go there. Price was good too! read more

I frequent this place every 3-4 weeks as need for almost a year now and I have never had an issue. I always make an appointment before hand because they are so busy and have never had to wait past my set appointment time. They do such an AMAZING job every single time. LOVE! I have tried a few different nail salons in the past 17 years living here and have been a loyal customer to several. I was referred to this salon by a friend several months ago and I absolutely love my gel dipped nails. My daughters have had manicures there and the nail polish actually stayed on for weeks. I usually travel to NY to see family and have pedicures done there. Not anymore. Their pedicures are terrific and worth very penny. It is a busy place. I would recommend an appointment. read more

Though my pedicure was great, my acrylic nail set begged to differ. At first, I wanted gel nails but then changed my mind to acrylic nails (a change to which the nail salon ladies seemed mad about - they were talking about me in Vietnamese which I understood completely) I asked for a coffin nail shape, and the woman at first didn't know what I was talking about -- then she seemed to know so I let her do her thing. However, as I was looking at my nails, she made all different shapes per nail - some coffin, some almond, and some stiletto. I first complained how she did my pinky (she made the pinky stiletto) but then she started to complain and said it was fine. Then, I didn't want any trouble so I let her do the rest. She strained my nails so much, made them as ugly as I have ever seen them, and put the acrylic on unevenly per nail (sometimes thin, sometimes too thick). I came back home, and I cried over it because it was so horrible and it actually hurt my nails because she left acrylic all over my nails, behind my nails, and it just felt horrible on myself. I came to feel pampered, and instead, left feeling more stressed. I will never return to this place. read more

Just moved to the area from king of Prussia so maybe my expectations are a little high, I dont know. But I went in 2 weeks ago and got my nails done and eyebrows waxed. One eyebrow was drastically thinner than the other. Also my nails were all different variations of the almond and round shapes. The gel was lumpy looking and applied heavier in some places of the nail than others (more transparent in spots vs opaque in others). I went back today at roughly 2:00 to only 3 people getting nails done and 1 person waiting. I was asked if I could come back around 3:30 because everyone else was booked. Literally 3 or 4 techs were just sitting on their phones at their stations. I told them I couldnt come back at 330 and turned around to leave. The guy at the reception desk and 2 nail techs very loudly and rudely exclaimed "eww!" And when I turned around to see what was gross, they gave me a dirty look. If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. My friend sits down at a chair, scrubs the nail polish off ( not completely) then gets told to sit and wait with no explanation. The girl doing my nails takes a Costomer who came for an appointment while other employees we're watching tv. She sat there for 30 minutes on a time crunch. My nail lady told me to tell my friend to sit in the empty chair .. Why couldn't she tell her to? They then decided which nails to file and clip, she only did some!! They didn't compare the nails and they are all different sizes! ESPECIALLY THE PINKYS!! Her nails we're chipping before the top coat and didn't put a top coat. While I was getting mine done she put the acrylic on in sections. And took ages to file them down. They did not ask me if I liked my color because sometimes the color looks different after applied. My nails we're BURNING while they scratched them to put on new acrylic. I got charged 4$ to replace a nail. The dryers sucked and we we're there till close so they stared at us till we left. This used to be my go to nail salon. Everything was clean, great massage chairs and more importantly great work. But today was my last day going there. The girl. And I mean girl. Definitely one of the workers teenage daughters did my pedicure and had no idea what she was doing. Later we found out one of their regular employees was on a week vacation. I don't know what shady business they're conducting but there's no way the little girl who did my nails had a license. Oh and more importantly. I used to be allowed to tip on my debit card but the lady eyeballed some money in my wallet and demanded a cash tip telling me the credit card companies take 30%. Are you kidding me. read more

I have been going to to this place for a while and have no real issues. These women are from Vietnamese, not American. They look much younger than they are. Asian women hold their age much better than any American will. It's just their culture. I think they do a great job, dealing with the public is not an easy thing to do! read more

I got a pedicure here yesterday. It was 45 minutes and they used lotion, exfoliating scrub, cuticle lotion, and the callous buffer, so it was a pretty normal pedicure. But I think they should have added a third coat of polish because it wasn't applied evenly. It's kind of thin and splotchy in areas. There was also quite a bit of polish around my cuticles and the front of my toes, so it wasn't a clean application either. My friend got a pedicure and a gel manicure, and it took 2 hours for her to get both. They also stopped working on her for about 15-20 minutes and kept saying "I'll come back to you" while starting to work on other clients, even though we had made appointments and had told them in advance what we would be getting when we got there. So I don't think they plan timing very well with having other clients come in. And they cut my friend's cuticles three times and made her bleed. So I don't think we'll be back. The pedicures were fine but I can get the same service elsewhere plus better manicure service. read more
