I have never heard of this before and I was not informed about this before hand. I feel ripped off at this point and 100 bucks is a lot of money for them to keep, I am ticked off to say the least!! !

The only thing I always wished was that the massage of my legs and feet lasted longer. I had my first pedicure at Safari today and was very pleased. But what won me over was the lengthy wonderful massage. I even asked if this was a common practice or if she was possibly done earlier then expected and had extra time to fill and she said no this is how all pedicures are done that they all allot that much time for the massage! Plus they offer a quick but wonderful hand massage at the very end.....I definitely will be going back :)

Worst set of acrylics I've had in 12 years of continuously having them. So thick they were ugly…read more1/4" or more thick. Technician was Kim and would not listen to my requests, (I asked 3-4 times for them to be thinner) so eventually I gave up asking. Got home and realized I could not live with them until my next fill. Asked for a refund and they said they would fix them instead. Went to get them fixed would need a new set to fix them now, the tech Tony was so rough and broke my nail into the nail bed, causing pain and discomfort. I asked to have them removed at that point and again a refund. Was told he is working for free so they don't do refunds (but he could do 50%) then proceeded to burn my nails with the grinder and be rough to get me out the door. One thin coat of clear gel polish to get me out the door. Hands down the worst treatment, service and nails in Red Deer! Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place!

I went to another salon this week and the stylist I saw could not do my hair in the way I wished due to the damage to my hair. My hair has broken in chunks and even brushing my hair it breaks in pieces. I had a treatment to restore health and was not able to even strip my colour now with a conditioning colour eraser due to a high risk of all of my hair breaking off. The stylist at divas even said to me and other clients at the time that she was taking short cuts on our hair to fit us all in in one day. She consistently used bleach to remove colour instead of a colour eraser and this caused my hair to not only become very damaged, but to be inconsistent in colour after all fading in one week. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge in this salon. Hair seems to be done with money in mind and not hair health. Do not go here if you value the health of your hair. The owner called me after posting a review and argued with me that my review wasn't valid as I waited "too long" after having my hair done to have a bad review. He talked over me and belittled me, to the point I had to get off the phone as I was feeling bullied. Do not go here.

Left with a colour not even remotely close to what I asked for and my cut is absolutely terrible. One side is longer than the other, no texturizing. I look like a 9 year old who's mom cut their hair on the first day of school. I notified Sara how awful my hair is and she will not compensate me at all. I gave her 200 dollars to look like this. I have to wear it back and let it grow for months until I can get it fixed. Huge waste of money and she destroyed my hair.
