This update is regarding the business owner's behavior following my original review…read more After sharing my honest experience as a customer, I began receiving messages on Yelp from individuals connected to or defending this business. I was also informed that a TikTok video was made discussing me personally (see screenshots). In that video, the business owner refers to me as "chewing like a f****** cow" and calls me an "entitled brat." My original review did not include any personal insults, it only described my experience as a paying customer. I also want to clarify the payment arrangement. I was given two options directly by the business owner: 1. Pay through the invoice link sent to me, or 2. Pay $100 cash at pickup. The person who accompanied me at the time can also confirm this. I did not request a discount or avoid payment. If that were the case, I would have accepted the refund that was offered. I did not. My concern was communication and consistency with what was initially discussed. The TikTok video claims I "decided" to pay at pickup. However, the email shows that this arrangement was acknowledged by the business owner herself. Customers are allowed to leave honest reviews about their experiences without being insulted or discussed publicly on social media afterward. Screenshots are attached for context. I was placing an order for Valentine's Day for a couple of business clients. I placed it online but…read moreforgot to add an extra bouquet to the cart. I called and I was able to add the additional bouquet. Customer service was just ok. Borderline rude, not particularly friendly. I was able to Zelle her for that extra bouquet so that was convenient and I appreciated that. I was told I would receive a picture of the bouquet prior to delivery or at time of delivery, I did not. No big deal, but just don't tell me you are if you aren't. I'm sure they were busy due to the holiday, but still. Lastly, I didn't expect the bouquet to look identical to what I chose online, but I felt it definitely wasn't as full, or have as many roses, as the picture. Looked like a lot more filler flowers were used. A little disappointing. (See attached pics). Overall, I might use them again but only if I couldn't find a better option in the area.

When customers arrive for pick-up, the staff is confused and scrambling sometimes unwilling and/or unable to fulfill the order and taking no accountability. The operations seem messy and irresponsible. They do not deliver what they commit to, and change product and price last minute at will when you arrive to pick up your order. Personally, I placed an order with the daughter, who then stated she was out of product when I arrived for pick-up. The mom advised she'd never received the order and was out of flowers for the day and vases for the day. They then proceeded to prepare a make shift product that was far from what I'd asked, and raised prices from what we'd agreed to. Upon discussing with other people, it seems this happens often at this location. I will be placing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
