Yesterday in a crisis of emergency, Janny's Flower Shop saved my day! I forgot I needed a bouquet for my Civil Wedding and I walked in around 840am (I live down the street) and was greeted by a lovely lady who I explained to her what I was looking for and in a short amount of time. On 02/13/2013 I was surfing through the internet to find the nearest Flower shop to order deliver roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. I came across a flower shop named Janny's Flower Shop on 3451 Tweedy Blvd South Gate, CA 90280 I then was able to call Janny's flower shop and spoke to Luz (did not get last name) she told me shops closes at 8pm and they offer delivers, told her great see you soon. Before picking up my wife I was able to stop by and make the order, when going into the flower shop I was greeted by Luz herself I she showed all flowers she had all prices so I settled for medium size worth 47 and she gave me a card where I can write my own wishes. Luz asked me what would be the best time to deliver the flowers I told her 12pm. So next day came 02/14/13 day of Valentine, I was at work did not get out until 7:30pm I was looking at the time and it was around 1pm I called Luz and asked her if flowers had been delivered because I have not received any confirmation. Luz told me she was very busy that she was running late told her its fine long as it gets there, within the next 20 minutes I get a call from my wife thanking me for the flowers she loved them! Within an hour I get a call and it was my wife telling me that Janny's Flower shop delivery guy made a mistake on the order came back and told my wife that he gave my wife the incorrect ones he then demanded to get them back and gave my wife the flowers that I picked. It turns out the flowers I picked where 2x smaller than what the deliver guy left. I then call Janny's Flowers shop asking for Luz who stated she was the manager I asked her what happen she told me her driver made a mistake and gave the wrong order she then told me don't worry because it was "My fault I'll go ahead and resend her the original ones we sent her, I'll be there around 5pm!" I was really pleased on the option she gave me. I then call my wife at 5pm asked her is anyone came with new set of flowers she told me No! I waited after my shift to be over called Luz and asked her what had happen she told me she did not have no more roses and she was really busy and couldn't make the order I then told her "So then why did you tell me you were going to resend the flowers, or why didn't you just charge me the difference and told me what had happen but take them away and give my wife something smaller?" when I said that Luz decided to hang up on me. I called back Luz but she turned off her phone! I get to my wife's job and I look at the flowers that I supposed ordered they where the wrong ones and the card to top it off just said my wife's name not the one I wrote "HAPPY VALENTINE DAY MY LOVE! HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD ONE! LOVE Ramon" read more
