As the mother of the bride, I had such a wonderful experience at Facchianos in Tulsa when my daughter went dress shopping. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and valued. They understood how important this moment was for our family, and they went out of their way to include all of us in the process. The consultant assigned to work with my daughter was so patient and attentive, taking the time to really understand her vision and personal style. What I appreciated most was how they encouraged my daughter, my husband, my sister in law, my mother-in-law, and myself to get up and touch the dresses and had my daughter walk around and dance in them. We were able to offer our honest opinions and feedback, which the consultant graciously incorporated. It made the experience so much more special and meaningful for all of us. Even when my daughter must have tried on 12-13 dresses, the staff never made us feel rushed. They wanted to make sure she found the perfect gown. I cannot say enough good things about the personalized, family-focused service we received. They made what could have been a stressful situation into an incredibly joyful and memorable one for our whole family. I would recommend them to any mother of the bride looking for a salon that will treat you like family. My daughter doesn't live in the area and ultimately didn't find her dress here but it was an amazing experience and we thought the pricing was really good too! read more

I made an appointment, since they have it listed in their webpage they carried bridesmaids dresses. When I went the lady laughed in my face and said everyone is online nowadays and she didn't have many, but what was on the sale rack. I told her the color and asked if I could just try on a few different styles and she told me that would be a waste of time. I was so in shock at her attitude I didn't even know what to say. They gave us the very best service, honest input on the dresses and were absolutely the best place we went to during my trip here. The dress my mom selected needed almost no alterations and they suggested the perfect undergarments to make it work. If you live in the area, this is a must shop at place for any wedding dresses or dresses for the family. Just wanted to post an update. I did come back to this store and I did say yes to my dress!!! I went to three other stores besides Facchianos and they did not give me the same experience. At Facchianos I really felt like it was about me and my vision. Rachel helped me again and she found my perfect dress. Even though I said at first that their selection seems small, I do feel like every bride can find something they like here. They do have an array of dresses in many different styles and Rachel made sure I stayed on budget. read more

The dresses at this shop are very expensive. Buying a wedding dress is such a special moment; one to be remembered always. This place does not allow pictures to be taken; no moment of this special day. I had sickly family members and they felt no remorse about them missing it. When I asked to send them a picture asking if I could bypass the policy, they told me to drag them out of bed to come, rather than be able to show them a picture. I am a bride getting married in 2015. I came into Fachhianos just wanting to see what they had. I realize that being a plus size bride that some sample dresses in my size would be limited. I had viewed the majority of the small boutique without being greeted. After a good ten minutes I had several questions for the young stylist that finally greeted me. But she kept pushing me to register my information on some paperwork, and then seemed irritated at my questions without making an appointment prior to my arrival. The one dress she unwillingly pulled in my size was nothing like what I had described to her. I was so disappointed with the treatment I received that I refused to make an appointment or spend any more time at a store that made me feel like an inconvenience. BRIDES BEWARE!!!! read more

Found a gorgeous perfect dress there, and there are a couple of very helpful workers there. However it took me 3 dress fittings (and $500) because they sized me an entire size too big. Not a big deal except that they told me I looked fine at my second fitting and to just take it home. Then one of the helpful ones realized it was still an inch too big on either side. Then the dress broke at my bridal shoot. My mom fixed it and overall I'm glad I went, but they were kind of frustrating to work with. read more

This was not a favorable experience from start to finish. We had difficulty working with sales associate to order the formal dress correctly. The dress did not arrive in the color I had requested by phone picture at time of ordering. Owner did not take steps to reason with me or offer any solutions. Turned into quite a dramatic situation. I totally loved this store and the pretty bridal gowns they have to offer. However, the only negative I have to say is that their policy of no refunds is totally unfair. Given my unfortunate circumstance of the gown being too tight and it looked horrible on me they should at least put it back in their store to try and resell. I am quite sure there are plenty of women out there who this would look great on and they wouldn't have to worry about ordering. I was told to take it to the alterations level but, after seeing how horrible I looked and felt in it that is not an option. Now I am trying to sell it on line in hopes to obtain some of my loss back. The people and owner that work there are very nice people and I'll never say anything negative about them and their store. I hated this store. My family came with me and the ladies who worked there acted like they were in the way and made them feel unwelcome. My mom found me a beautiful dress she wanted me to try on and Kay repeatedly told her no she would not put me in the dress simply because it wasn't in the price range I gave her even though it was my parents who were paying for it. She did however try to put me in the UGLIEST dresses even though I made it clear from the beginning I did not like them even on the hanger. She was pushy and rude. She would ask me what I didn't like about a dress and then as I would respond she would interrupt saying how their alterations staff could fix that or change that or add to that. Which in most cases would have been changing almost everything so why even bother. Oh and not allowed to take any pictures. So after 3 appointments back to back you can immediately forget that one dress you tried on from that store that you liked. I could not get out of that place fast enough! Not a very luxurious place. Found my daughters dress and it was perfect. They forgot to order the veil. It was not going to make in time for the portraits. So we custom made one...which I did not have time to do. Then the dress took me 3 1/2 hours to steam when it was delivered essentially wadded up in a bag. I took it to my sisters shop and we steamed it prior to the pictures. Tulsa really needs a very nice bridal shop that is knowledgeable. Oh-almost forgot, they lost the record of my bill. I had paid half prior to ordering it. I had to find my bill of sale. It just was not the experience I envisioned when searching for a dress with all of the bridesmaids and a friend. Looking for a dress which has been a very difficult task I ended up at this bridal store, where Cheryl was awesome and helped me look through dress after dress. I thought I found one but I wasn't sure so I went back again to make sure. There was another dress I loved so I now was changing my mind. I am yet to buy a dress because I have seen too many and I don't know which one or if I haven't found the right one I'm sure it's me, I'm a wedding photographer so I see ton of dresses all the time!! - but their staff was always eager to help and let me tried dresses 2 times!! without hesitation. I completely recommend this place to any bride looking for a dress !! Make sure you get Cheryl she's not only super awesome but also makes you feel really comfortable. I think this was the best store in Tulsa with the biggest variety and the most friendly staff. Seemed like other stores were pushy and just in to make money and not to give you a great customer service experience which is exactly what I got from this bridal store. They also have tuxedo rentals and I am getting my groom and groomsmen rentals from them because they have the best price. read more

I had an amazing experience here!! I had Tara helping me and she was really knowledgable about my favorite designer, easy to talk to and very helpful so it was a match made in heaven! I went back to try on a gown with my friends and Tara was there to help me again! My girls didn't really like the dress but while in the dressing room Tara reminded me that it is my day and that my opinion is the only one that mattered! While I didn't find my dress here I still has an awesome experience and I would recommend it to any new brides!! read more

Facchianos's staff are amazing. They are customer focused and the best all inclusive resource for planning an unique and beautiful wedding! My daughter and I shopped many places in Tulsa to find " the dress" for her November wedding. We were less than pleased with some of the other shops we visited in that we were not greeted and staff appeared to be interested in selling but not in my daughter and her wedding. This is such an important and special time for the bride and family and at Facchianos we were greeted enthusiastically and there was a genuine atmosphere of caring , knowledge, and passion. As my daughter said "they(staff) made me feel beautiful ." as we went through the process of finding just the right dress;and we did! My daughter and I did our homework regarding the cost of vendors for tux rentals, bridesmaid dresses, my dress, alterations, etc. as well as the packages (discounts) they offered. Facchianos's prices were less expensive, had better selection/quality,discounts for alterations on top of their outstanding service-and attention to detail. One more thing I'd like to share: After the wedding invitations were sent out and exactly one month from the wedding, we found out that the venue was going out of business and we would not be able to have wedding there as planned. We were panicked!!!,,, Facchianos 's staff started calling different venues on their own time to help us locate an available venue! If I could give lower than one star I would. Here's the story: In December 2010, I went to Facchianos and found my perfect wedding dress in their sample dresses. It was a size 6, and they promised I could have certain modifications made to it, namely a sweetheart neckline put in and outlining all the lace and beading on the bodice and train with gold thread, which the sample dress did not have. I wasn't 100% sure because it was my first day shopping and I had another appointment at another store later that afternoon. So I decided to sleep on it. The next day I came back, and they told me that they had the dress I wanted with those specific modifications in a size two, apparently a bride had ordered it and never picked it up. So they brought it out from the back and let me try it on, and of course I loved it! Plus, it was in a size two! They told us since it was never picked up and the wedding date had passed, they were going to make it a floor sample.I was with my mom and sister and we asked if we could just buy this dress instead of ordering a new one. It already had the modifications I wanted and it was a lot closer to my size zero. I was on a budget so I was looking for anyway to reduce the price. But they said absolutely not, I HAD to order a brand new one. So, whatever, I ordered a new one and let it go. I measured smaller than a size zero so they told me they would order the new one in a size zero and alter it down from there. A few months later in the Spring of 2011 I went in to be fitted in the dress for alterations. I was giddy with excitement and went along with whatever they told me. Now, sad part of the story: my engagement broke off a few months later, and as I was too distraught to cancel anything myself, my mom went and picked up the finished gown for me and hid it away in the guestroom closet. Eventually I moved on and started dating again..that's when in the Spring of 2013 my boyfriend proposed. I was torn about whether or not I would use the same dress...and I hadn't even seen it since I went in for alterations in the spring of 2011, two years before, where my mom had put it..still hanging in the exact same bag she picked it up from them in. When I took it out of the bag, my first thought was: ahhhhh, I forgot how pretty it is!! and I decided to keep it...that's when my sister noticed the stain on the side of the dress and the size tag...a size two. and the way it was fitting, they didn't measure the alterations correctly at all (mind you, I know its two years later, but I'm tiny, and I haven't grown or gain/lost any weight.) It was pretty obvious it's been used, perhaps it wasn't a floor sample dress, but they probably let others try it on just like they let me try it on. Given that its the same size two dress they let me try on but not buy, they also charged me extra for the sweetheart neckline and gold threading, both of which the dress already had, so it was pure profit for them. And of course, all that paperwork I had to fill out when I ordered the dress...they don't keep any copies, so I don't have any hard evidence proof...except for the fact that they said they were ordering me a brand new dress in a size zero, and the dress I got is definitely used and definitely has a tag that says size two. Oh, and I also had to give it to a different alterations lady to have it correctly measured and altered. After relaying the story to her she told me this isn't the first mess of Facchianos she's had to fix. STAY AWAY. read more
