I have been continually mistreated by this office and worse,…read moredeceived & lied to. They did not perform the procedure that i contracted them for and did not wish to make it right. Their solution was for me to PAY for ADDITIONAL procedure(s) even though they did not perform the initial one, it did not work. I filed a complaint through BBB, and they did not even bother to respond or try to work with me. Lord knows i always pray that a local business wants to have a good relationship with their patients in their own community.

However, I gave him six weeks notice that I'd changed my mind -- a friend convinced me that general anesthesia is dangerous, so don't do it unless medically needed -- but Dr. M wouldn't refund my down payment. I wasn't too surprised, since I'd signed that disclaimer and I understand needing time to book other clients in that time, but with THAT much notice I knew he could've book another client where I'd canceled. I later checked to see if the day and time my procedure had been canceled had been re-booked by someone else, and it had. So ... he's just greedy. If he cared about repeat customers and quality customer service, he would've refund my down payment. Because of this I'll go elsewhere for future laser and ANY other cosmetic surgery needs. He's quite arrogant (as other reviewers note) AND greedy -- a real deal killer.

I was bummed and let down thinking there was no way they would find time for me. Little to my surprise just a few days later I received a call from Stacie, she let me know there was a time available and she knew how eager I was to get in and see him. I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! Most of the nurses here used to work in NICU and I asked her about her time doing that and she was just so sweet about everything. She just seems like a very kind and bubbly soul. I highly recommend her and this clinic. I was ready to just get my laser and leave and she seriously brightened my whole week up. She's so kind and bubbly and makes sure you know what she's doing the whole time. She's incredible and this was my favorite treatment so far because of the amazing experience she created for me.
