I'm only leaving 1 star because I can't leave zero stars. Dr Cynthia Dryer is as unprofessional as it gets. She stated ON RECORD, that she wouldn't treat me until she talked to the police. I was in a lawsuit with the city at the time. How do you explain that height of unprofessionalism? You don't. Avoid her at all costs. There are other qualified dermatologists in Eugene. read more

Really like and trust her expertise. Her PA is great as well. I seen her once a year for a full-body check.

Dr. Leslie McStravick has been my dermatologist for over a decade. She's knowledgeable and thorough, genuinely cheerful and friendly - one of the nicest doctors I've ever had. I actually look forward to my annual skin checks. Once I had a mysterious rash appear out of nowhere, and super savvy McStravick immediately knew what it was and how it would progress (and ultimately disappear). Very pleasant and accurate and saved my friend by discovering that her cells had cancer-lymphoma. She had visited several doctors in town who dismissed her symptoms but Cynthia did a biopsy and found that is was an advanced stage of lymphoma. Please always get more than one opinion. She is still alive due to Cynthia's accuracy. However, Front desk people need better politeness training. read more

Unfortunately I have lots of experience in dermatology offices due to overexposure to the sun as a child, and I do not recommend this dermatology office if you have a choice. The office environment is formal and off-putting. The feeling I get after multiple visits is: they are the experts, your skin is part of their domain, and you are merely a passive patient conditionally allowed to participate in the whole process at their convenience. Not much interested in anything you might have to say. It's very old school that way. Medically competent I suppose, but there's where it ends. read more

All of the dermatologists I've seen at the 743 Country Club facility have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I suffer from cystic acne and the receptionists have been incredible about getting me in for last-minute injection appointments, and there is always a derm willing to take me. Will never use their service. Receptionist was extremely rude and would not let me schedule an appointment for my bi-yearly melanoma screening because it hadn't been a year since my last screening. Completely unprofessional and dangerous. Staff really needs to be trained. read more

I would give 5 stars if I were only rating the professional staff at Dreyer Dermatology; however, the front desk rating would be 1 star from me, so I averaged them out to 3 stars. Have had all positive experiences with medical staff there, but at least one member of the front line/telephone reception staff is so rude and unhelpful that I don't plan to return. My last experience with a simple request was handled in a superior and condescending manner.. Think "how can I not help you today." Willful misunderstanding and talking over me. Very unprofessional. Medical staff deserves better front line representation. read more

Dr. Dryer is amazing. I saw dozens of dermatologists over the years all diagnosing my chronic rash as something else and all throwing up their hands when they were proved wrong. When Dr. Dryer couldn't figure it out she brought in others, consulted with who knows how many people, sent in more and more biopsies and finally figured it out. My main treatment is now with another specialist, but I still see Dr. Dryer every year and you couldn't pay me to go anywhere else! read more

Took my 9 year old to see Leslie McStravik at Dr. Dreyer's office. Leslie introduced herself to my daughter, shook her hand and spoke to her like she was the patient, not a kid. Leslie asked my daughter about her concerns rather than deferring to me. It was so great! She was friendly, professional, helpful and very bright. Bravo! read more

Cynthia's office is nicely decorated and the front desk staff are nice. I went in for a skin screening. I waited in the exam room for about 5-10 minutes for Cynthia. She came in, we chatted, and she told me to disrobe and put the gown on. After doing so I waited over 20 minutes for her to come back. The room was cold and i was chilled. I finally put my jacket and sock and shoes back on. I doubt I'll go back as the wait was quite uncomfortable. The exam itself was fine. read more

I went to an appointment with my girlfriend. The front desk staff was nice, but the lady who brought us back was curt. She definitely was having a bad day. We waited in the room for what seemed like forever. The doctor was nice and was very helpful. However, the entire back part of the office smelled like cigarettes. read more

i spent 20 minutes in the office with a medical tech not the Docter and it cost me $220 out of pocket after my insurance covered the rest of the some $400 bill. she froze to places on my skin i thought this was a rip off and i called and they said, the tech was the same price as the doctor--i wont be going back read more
