She behaved as if she had never seen pubic hair before--something completely unacceptable in this profession. The wax was messy, poorly applied, and rushed--she didn't even let it set before trying to pull it off, leaving hairs behind. I'm still in pain and sore from the experience. Despite being very flexible (I've been waxing for over 25 years and am a yoga teacher), she kept making unnecessary comments about my positioning. At one point, my knee lightly touched her belly, and she actually accused me of kicking her, which was beyond bizarre and very concerning that she would just lie like that and with no shame. I don't understand how European Wax Center continues to employ someone with such a poor attitude and lack of skill. I highly recommend avoiding Neomi at all costs! She's a liability for EWC and will never be back there.

I was in town and needed a Brazilian wax and saw that she uses high quality wax with an oil base and let me tell you... it makes a world of a difference. I can tolerate a normal Brazilian as far as pain goes but I did not even flinch with Maria. Not only does she use the highest quality of hard wax, but her attention to detail is truly unmatched. So many times I have gone to other places and have found many hairs were left behind, but Maria makes sure to get every single hair, and the entire hair follicle at that. She showed me the wax after removing hair and the bulbs were there on every follicle. I have been to many great waxers and Maria is the best by far. Do not look any further if you are in need of a waxing service! Especially a Brazilian. I have had no irritation and my skin was left buttery soft after. So thankful I found her!!

I switched to another artist, and retention has been much better. Additionally, the salon doesn't keep track of lash styles per client, so if your usual artist isn't available, the replacement may use different curls or styles that aren't preferred. Sabrina called me back right away, mentioned that on the 1st visit she will go over what she offers, and let me know what she recommends, at that point I can get worked on or schedule a time to come back. I can't really set appointments as I can only pamper myself when I happen to get an hour free during the day. She is great with responding and has always been able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Office is clean, and organized. She wears gloves and a mask the whole time I'm in the office and always pulls out a new sterile set of tools. My last time going I took my sister with me.
