It's such a cute looking store. We called and got a friendly girl who got us a same day appointment for bead in tinsel hair. The young ladies were working so sweet, friendly, and clearly talented at what they do! They made our little girl feel so comfortable and special. It's certainly pricey and a definite vacation splurge for us, but it was a special memory. Definitely recommend!

It included getting her hair makeup and nails done. The package we booked also came with a t-shirt and getting to dress up in mermaid clothes after and take pictures. There is a nice background for taking pictures. My daughter was in heaven getting the makeover. The stylist she had was so nice and great at braiding hair. I thought it was well worth the price and such a fun experience for her. You can also upgrade to an extension braid for $20 which I was going to do but didn't because I was afraid she wouldn't keep it in at her age. Overall, I would definitely take a kid here again. They also have a little boutique in the front with a lot of cute stuff.

From when I first spoke with Freckles until the event, she was nothing but professional, responsive, and accommodating. The balloons she made for the kids and people at the wedding were down right amazing. I mean, when a kid asks for a jet pack and gets a jet pack, what more could you ask for? The full clown costume she came in was beautiful and was exactly what I was envisioning. After filling out the rental request form online I hadn't heard anything, then filled another out a week later, and called the number listed with no answer. A week later I received an email with a screenshot of my request asking to confirm my info, to which I replied "Yes." Then few days later I get a text from a random number stating "my phone was broke" and asking to confirm info again. Then they informed me that what I rented was not available, I asked for something in its place and they just replied "yes", lol that's it. After booking with another company I texted to cancel my reservation and received a rapid response that time stating "Ok, we will remove you from the schedule." Didn't ask why or what they could do to keep my business. Just seems like terrible customer service, glad I didn't let them ruin my daughter's first birthday party!
