This was done for a small fee, and well worth it for the security of knowing which tent was best to rent! Working over the phone and email to discuss options, and determine our final package with JoAnn was very easy. They delivered the tents, tables, chairs and fan that we ordered, a couple days before our event. The delivery team was incredibly kind, and worked in a quick manner! Everything stayed put for the event, and kept our guests cool and dry. They picked up everything the day after our event. There were no problems at all; everything was smooth. I found out about A&S party rentals through a friend who had their baby shower at our house. Cano…read morecame on time, and we were pleased with the set up. We figured that since our baby shower was going to be more simple, we could give A&S the business. My wife contacted Cano and we agreed to him coming on October 4. Cano himself texted my wife and said that he would be at the house at 8:00, to which my wife agreed. Today, October the 4 arrives, and at 7:34 my wife texts Cano to confirm that he was coming. Cano says that he is dropping off, and that he would text us once he's on his way. My wife calls Cano at 9:30, and the call is unanswered. My wife texts Cano immediately after and leaves the address just in case he's lost. Cano replies at 9:54 saying that he's still setting up. This already is bad business, because not only is my event a simple 6 tables and chairs, but he agreed to drop it off at 8:00. Now I find that he's taking care of another customer? My wife texts him asking for him to be at the house by 10:30, since we have to set up and decorate. Cano replies that he would try. At 10:35, he messages again that he would be there in ten minutes. Cano arrived at roughly 10:47. When I asked Cano what happened, he replied that he had another event to take care of, he had a tent to put up, etc, etc.. To me as a customer, I don't want to hear that. If you tell me that you will be there at 8:00, then it's 8:00. My money is not worth less than another customer. I tell this to Cano, and he tells me that he texted my wife that he would come at 10:30, which was a complete lie. So not only is this man lying to my face, but it's a stupid lie, because all I have to do is look at the text messages to prove it's not true. As we talk about the situation, he says asks me when the party is, to which I reply that it starts at 12:00. His response was, "you still have time to set up". That's not the point. He agreed to be there at 8:00. If he didn't know when the party was, then why are you showing up later to me? Finally, he says" bottom line, I'm here. If you want it, we can leave it, if not, we can take it back". The level of disrespect! You're going to give me an attitude after you are late, and then give me that kind of answer? It's unprofessional, and he had no right to hold my baby shower ransom because he knew that we needed those tables and chairs. Not once did he give me an apology, it was all cheap excuses that made me feel disrespected, and stressed out my pregnant wife on a day she should have been enjoying. If I could give negative stars on this review I would. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and if Cano wants to contest any statement that I've made, I have the text messages and a voice recording of our conversation as proof.

Our family has a lot of small children and there was plenty of place to run and play games which they had set up. The barn where our reception took place was decorated in a beautiful, rustic feel with flowers hanging from the ceiling. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were comfortable and happy. And the bouquets I have never seen such amazing flowers. The setup was in half a circle, and I was able to see most of the guests where I was seated, which was nice. The bathroom was even cute and clean. I'm not exactly sure of all the arrangements that were made, but I believe Suite105 staff were helping with fixing plates (food was provided by the family), pouring liquor (the family brought in liquor) and other tasks, and they were kindly behind the scenes to help the occasion go smoothly.
