We even had to hose them down because they were dirty. Not only were they ugly, they snapped into place easily. I paid 450 dollars for dirty ugly puzzle pieces I could've built myself in 10 minutes. They installed the floor June 26th and said we can rent it for one day (June 27th the day of the party). July 1st rolls around and they're still on my lawn. At 6 pm, I took the initiative to text them asking when they will pick up the floors. and they responded they will later. They showed up around 10pm to remove. The next morning I wake up and see my lawn is absolutely destroyed. They never informed me that my lawn would be that messed up. What's left remaining is the haunted silhouette of dead grass and the reminder of the worst 450 dollars I have ever spent. Before writing this review, I tried contacting the company politely about my lawn, however they blamed me for their own forgetfulness regarding the installment.

Our family has a lot of small children and there was plenty of place to run and play games which they had set up. The barn where our reception took place was decorated in a beautiful, rustic feel with flowers hanging from the ceiling. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were comfortable and happy. And the bouquets I have never seen such amazing flowers. The venue is worth the cost. 10/10 if you're thinking of A Garden Party for your event.

When the whole gang showed up at the appointed place and time- 3rd street- we were met by a really nice high school kid who held us for 20 minutes while he tried to contact the lead photographer and find out where she was and when she would arrive. With 9 smallish, impatient kids and a larger, impatient father-in-law, we tried to help this kid buy more time, but eventually he gave up and proceeded to take the pictures himself. I certainly have nothing against high school students apprenticing, learning, helping out...but this wasn't our expectation. Through it all, he was professional, kind, accommodating, and genuinely tried...while some photos were great, other pictures came out with shadows on faces, sun at the wrong angle, and other issues that should not be present on a professional photo shoot. Certainly not his fault...he did his best under the circumstances. The post photo-shoot didn't go so well. My sister-in-law had to make repeated calls to keep the process moving, and it wasn't until November that we finally were sent the photos on a flash drive. I really don't like leaving negative responses on yelp, but we didn't have a great experience. I'm just one client- and I hope others yelp with more positive experiences- but a $450 photo shoot is a lot more disappointing than a poor $2.50 Frappuccino!

We were on vacation and decided to get pictures taken the last couple of days we were there. The…read morefirst attempt it started pouring rain on the way there and obviously couldn't have pictures taken, so we rescheduled for the next morning. As we were leaving on the second attempt, it started drizzling, but decided to try anyway. It was windy and chilly, but the photographer did not act like it was a problem, and we quickly tried to get our pictures in as it obviously was going to start storming soon. Her husband was with her, but made no attempt to help pose us or our 5 children. She said sessions usually last 45 minutes, but b/c of the weather it got cut short to 15 minutes. She told us that she would email the picture in 2-3 weeks and we paid her the $100 for the sitting fee. After 4 weeks, I had not received any pictures even regularly checking my spam folder, so I called her, left her a message with our phone number, and asked her to call me back when she was able. Another week went by and still no pictures and no call back. I called her again, telling her that I still had not heard from her or received the pictures, left my number again, and asked her to call me back. Still nothing, so the next day I emailed her and asked her to refund my money and we would just go get our pictures somewhere else. She emailed me back claiming that she had sent the pictures weeks ago and had texted me the week before even though I mysteriously never hear from her. At that point she did send a link to the pictures which were all bad. I am confused why she never called me back on the phone number I provided for her and asked her to call me on twice. I obviously was not receiving her supposed forms of communication. She also wrote, "I think I was more then fair with you. I changed the session multiple times as per your request. I stood in the pouring rain risking my equipment for your session." I am not sure what those things had to do with the issue of not receiving my pictures in the amount of time she promised, but I emailed her back and told her that I would take partial responsibility for not canceling the session b/c it was starting to rain (it was not pouring rain), but that she could have canceled just as easily since she obviously was so concerned about it. I asked for a partial refund not even suggesting what amount she should refund me which I thought was a fair request. I never heard back from her again. That was weeks ago.

I found out about A&S party rentals through a friend who had their baby shower at our house. Cano…read morecame on time, and we were pleased with the set up. We figured that since our baby shower was going to be more simple, we could give A&S the business. My wife contacted Cano and we agreed to him coming on October 4. Cano himself texted my wife and said that he would be at the house at 8:00, to which my wife agreed. Today, October the 4 arrives, and at 7:34 my wife texts Cano to confirm that he was coming. Cano says that he is dropping off, and that he would text us once he's on his way. My wife calls Cano at 9:30, and the call is unanswered. My wife texts Cano immediately after and leaves the address just in case he's lost. Cano replies at 9:54 saying that he's still setting up. This already is bad business, because not only is my event a simple 6 tables and chairs, but he agreed to drop it off at 8:00. Now I find that he's taking care of another customer? My wife texts him asking for him to be at the house by 10:30, since we have to set up and decorate. Cano replies that he would try. At 10:35, he messages again that he would be there in ten minutes. Cano arrived at roughly 10:47. When I asked Cano what happened, he replied that he had another event to take care of, he had a tent to put up, etc, etc.. To me as a customer, I don't want to hear that. If you tell me that you will be there at 8:00, then it's 8:00. My money is not worth less than another customer. I tell this to Cano, and he tells me that he texted my wife that he would come at 10:30, which was a complete lie. So not only is this man lying to my face, but it's a stupid lie, because all I have to do is look at the text messages to prove it's not true. As we talk about the situation, he says asks me when the party is, to which I reply that it starts at 12:00. His response was, "you still have time to set up". That's not the point. He agreed to be there at 8:00. If he didn't know when the party was, then why are you showing up later to me? Finally, he says" bottom line, I'm here. If you want it, we can leave it, if not, we can take it back". The level of disrespect! You're going to give me an attitude after you are late, and then give me that kind of answer? It's unprofessional, and he had no right to hold my baby shower ransom because he knew that we needed those tables and chairs. Not once did he give me an apology, it was all cheap excuses that made me feel disrespected, and stressed out my pregnant wife on a day she should have been enjoying. If I could give negative stars on this review I would. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and if Cano wants to contest any statement that I've made, I have the text messages and a voice recording of our conversation as proof.
