Karla, the owner and photographer, was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire session. She guided me with what to bring and how to best prep for the shoot, gave instructions for poses and offered a wide variety of beautiful backdrops and outfits to choose from taking into account my preferences, making the whole process collaborative, so easy and fun! She was super hands-on and went an extra mile with even fixing and touching up my hair to make sure every shot looked great! The studio itself is clean, well-lit, and comfy. The parking was easy and close to the studio. Karla's warm personality and attention to detail truly made the session special. The whole experience was just easy, fun, and effortless. They are also such a pleasure to work with and make it easy! You spend a lot of time with your photographers on your wedding day so make sure you have a good repour. Stopped by to get a set of Passport Photos ($35 for 4 pictures for 0-5 years old) for our 2 month…read moreold. Took the pictures and during the selection, we liked one picture and the workers here liked another. There was a discussion between a natural smile (our pick) versus one with a clearer eyes (but a slight frown - their pick). They convinced us to choose the latter/their pick promising us to fix the frown via photoshop. When we picked up the photos, the picture didn't even look like our child. Then we asked for the original version since they butchered it and they asked for $30 extra for the files. So you're not going to have a discussion then you're going to do something against the customers wishes and then have them pay extra on top of that? There are so many photo studios in Ktown. I wanted pictures, they gave us stress. We now need to start this process all over again.
