She gave us tips on how to take pics with our #1 balloon and explained everything really well, so we felt super comfortable. We also took pics at the photobooth, and I was surprised by how inexpensive it was to take pictures with the professional cameras (only $5 for 2 copies)! Even though there were still people there past closing, Hazel and the manager/owner didn't rush anyone at all and let everyone enjoy their experience, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely come back again! My only complaint is that I wish we could adjust the camera angle because the camera is set pretty low and my double chin was showingggg (not their fault tho obv). However, the camera quality was amazing~ They also surprised me and my boyfriend with matching keycap keychains that I had been eyeing when I first got there!! They personalized it for us~ That was honestly so sweet and such a nice surprise. Thank you Hazel and the manager/owner for making our first Photogram experience so memorable!!!

The photos turned out so good--they honestly look like they were taken by a professional photographer! The best part is that we took them ourselves using a remote, so we could press the button whenever we were ready to pose. It made the whole experience feel so relaxed and fun! They also have different photo booths you can use inside, and you can even turn your favorite photos into adorable keychains. Such a cute keepsake! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back on our next visit (:

Their prices are also reasonable and fair and you can find them posted on their website (unlike many photographers who are elusive and just don't publish their prices which can be annoying). Amidst all the chaos of looking for a wedding photographer that had great skills but without the hefty price tag, Tony appeared. It was almost as if he had came from the sky at the right timing to save us. From the initial phone call, I knew we were in good hands. Tony even made time for me on a separate occasion to do a video call with me and my fiancé at the time to go over the logistics and our preferences. He even went through the trouble of creating a timeline for us so we don't go over on time. Tony was quick to respond to any of my phone call requests and I never had any issues communicating with him throughout the whole planning process. On the day of the wedding, Tony arrived on time as promised at the venue we rented out to do the photo shoot before heading to the church for the ceremony. After our formal introductions to each other, Tony got setup and immediately went to work with no time wasted or empty gaps. His attention to detail is flawless and he kept me well informed of what he was doing at all times. I even bought a sandwich for him to eat for lunch but he didn't eat it until the job was finished. Tony helped me and my wife with all our individual shots and gave us tips on how to pose and where to stand. He is very chill and has an upbeat personality where he makes you feel comfortable when talking with him and making requests to him was so easy. Today, we finally received our wedding photos and we were both in awe of how amazing the photos turned out. At the church, I had to ask Tony if I can extend his services by couple hours and he said he will ask his son first, then got back to me a few minutes later and said he was going to accommodate my request when he did not have to. We ended up wrapping up the majority of the events I wanted Tony to capture early so instead of the 2 additional hours, Tony was cool with just the 1 additional hour and he even did us a favor by taking extra photos for us a few minutes past the additional hour but did not charge us for the time we went over. We really lucked out with Tony. He has such a great personality and is a down to earth man who works hard to support his son. We will always be grateful for these beautiful photos and will cherish these memories for our life. Tony, you deserve all the success in the world and I know good things will come your way if you continue to do what you are doing. I hope I can send you some referrals in the future as a small token of our appreciation. But, we know you did more for us, than we did for you. Thank you for coming through for us big time!

The scheduling process was easy - my Korean isn't great so I texted with Chloe in English to set up our appointment and select the package we wanted. I applaud their attention to detail, down to helping me decide what time the appointment should be based on my baby's nap time! On the day of the shoot, we arrived to see an absolutely huge closet of potential outfits for our baby and a large selection of hanbok for myself and my husband. It was a bit overwhelming but the two ladies picked out lovely options for us and we are so glad we took their suggestions because... These photos turned out to be amazing. They had my baby cracking up through the entire 90 minute shoot, which included 4 different outfits - an almost impossible feat for an impatient one year old! For the family photos, the ladies were pros in coaching us on how to turn, where to look, etc to get the optimal shots. Just over two weeks later, we have stunning photos of our entire family that we and our friends/family can't stop obsessing over. The photo studio is located inside AR Galleria (the main galleria entrance was locked on Sunday afternoon so I had to enter through the side door via Cafe Lowell). [Parking]: Easy and free parking in the large plaza. [Reservation]: I was able to call and book a same-day reservation on Sunday. Visitors can also make an online reservation via the studio's website. Upon arrival, I scanned a QR code and signed a waiver before the owner started my 5-minute photo session. [Price]: $27 for 4 physical copies and digital copies to download via email (must be downloaded within 7 days). I did not initially receive an email, but I emailed the owner the next day about the download link and he sent a follow-up email with the link within a few hours (the email was hidden in my spam folder). The email included all the pictures taken during the session. The shop also makes photo keychains ($4+ each). The studio also offers 15-minute and 30-minute self-portrait sessions. [Studio]: While I was here for a passport photo, the studio mainly operates as a self-portrait studio where customers take photos of themselves. This small studio has all the props and camera setup needed to make it happen. [Process]: The owner had me sit on a chair and took 7 pictures. Out of the 7 pictures taken, I was able to choose one for him to print while the rest of pictures can be downloaded via a link in an email. It was more important to receive a digital copy because the US passport renewal process requires applicants to upload a digital photo rather than submit a physical copy. I was able to use one of the digital copies and now that same picture will be on my passport for the next 10 years before the next renewal timeline. [Conclusion]: Overall it was an efficient process and I was able to walk in and out within 15 minutes. However, it would be helpful for the studio to provide additional entry instructions on the website when the main galleria entrance is locked.

Truth be told....I write this with a bit of a tear in my eye....not to get too melodramatic over a…read moreyelp review....but pictures...when done perfect and if your in a particular sentimental mood....can have that effect. Some backstory...Imagix/Michelle has done our yearly photos for our son from ages 1 to now 5. (See my past reviews). From somehow capturing a perfect moment from our perpetually moving blur of a son (ages 1-3) to patiently instructing four 70/80 year olds on how to hold their aforementioned 4 year old Tasmanian Devil grandson last year, Michelle is a magician/artist...I always leave the photoshoot stressed from the chaos Hurricane Daniel (our son) leaves in his wake....But every year we come back to look at the proofs and are amazed at Michelle ability to capture "lighting in a bottle" . This year was no different. Fortunately we survived the terrible 2's (...3's....4's....) and thanks to time, maturity, and the opposite of gentle parenting, our little Daniel, though far from perfect, is manageable. But we didn't want to make it too easy for Michelle, so we threw in another variable. After a recent canine cancer scare, and recently learning from Google that all dogs, however loyal and cute, unfortunately have an inescapable life, span, I somehow convinced my beautiful but camera shy wife that this is the year we do a family photo with our dog. Some more backstory, if you read this far, our Yorkie, Libby, loves us but HATES the rest of the world. She spent the entire hour photoshoot in perpetual scowl and Volume 11 non stop bark. One week later as she always does, lighting in a bottle perfection. I looked at the proofs with amazement. Our son, we expected....she's done it every year, but how she made a loud perpetual yapping bark into a impossibly cute smile is above my skill set. But I think her greatest feat is how she lessened the "he must be rich" looks gap between my wife and I. My wife is easy, even me with my amateur Android skills, it's hard for her to take a bad picture. Michelle mastery came with how she elevated me to "he must be funny" looks gap level. So why the tear? We loved one of the pics so much we purchased a large framed canvas print to hang on our living room wall. My 85 year old happened to be in town for his grandsons 5th bday so I asked him for an helping hand hanging the picture. I figured he has these family portrait hanging at my childhood home. My brother and I with our full head of hair and my mom shoulder pads captured the 90's to a tee...but what I always remember is the "proud" look my dad had on his face. A look of accomplishment shouting "look at me world and all that I love and created". Watching my aging dad struggle, listing to my aging dog bark in a locked room to protect my dad's ankles, I was suddenly reminded that time, as much as you want to hit pause, always moves forward. It's a good idea to stop and smell the roses, or in this case, look at the snapshot/memories/moments and take it all in. After my dad handed me the leveler and I put away the hammer, and I looked up....and yeah....I had that "Dad" look

Then after my images were ready for review I started adding them to my cart and was surprised by the cost upon wanting to check out. When I called in for pricing and setting the appointment they didn't explain how the pricing was structured correctly. I feel like this is a bait and switch set up. Also, there is no option to remove the retouching charge of an additional 15 dollars per image. This is not fair to me or my graduate. I understand this is a business, but this is not how you should get clients through your door. I was advised that it was going to be 20 dollars a sheet if I purchased at least 4 sheets. Including the 1st 4 sheets. Not 83+14, then 60+15, then 30+15, and 20+15 and +15 on every image. So, disappointed I also paid another 96.98 for the sitting fee. So, I got nothing but a yearbook photo. I also had to pay an extra 15 for a touch up for that as well. I didn't get a digital copy or anything. So, I'm out 115 dollars and still have to buy the yearbook.
