I was required to be examined by the insurance company's doctor, who I might add was disciplined in 2014 for falsifying and lying on medical records for WC claims. Strong Law, Ryan M didn't get his testimony thrown out in my case. Either he is completely incompetent or didn't care. Also, he allowed my medical bills to be sent to collections, ruining my credit. There comes a time when your attorney needs to be honest and tell you if he believes your case is un-winnable, not string you along for 8yrs. Every time I called the office to inquire on an update...I was treated as if I was bothering them. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me personally to inform me my case had been denied or explain the appeal process. They treat you like a number, not a person.

That being said, this is about his conduct in total: professional and super informative. Upon first meeting and hearing how much he was going to charge, I may have threw up in my mouth a little but like they say; you get what you pay for. After doing more research and a consultation, I paid. He told me I was in good hands but I was still super apprehensive. He did not lie. From the little things like a day or two before every court date, getting an email letting me know where to be/what time/what was going to happen, to being presented all options, and being given his professional opinion...and personal if I'd ask. Showed up on time and ready to each and every court date. The one time he had to sub, he informed me prior. There were no surprises. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with the outcome of my case and his conduct. I hope I never need this man again I promise but if ever you find yourself in a situation and need a lawyer you can count on, he did not disappoint...pay the man!

If I am hiring someone to clean my home, I expect it to be CLEAN. I swiffer/mop, vacuum, windex and clean countertops daily.That's not what I hire someone to do. I hired someone to CLEAN the things I don't have the time for like showers, floors, etc. This company "cleaned" my house but didn't actually clean at all. They opened all of my blinds and maybe vacuumed parts of the floor to make it look clean. They DID NOT actually clean. They moved all my stuff around and I had to search for things that were misplaced. I wish I still had the photos from the last time they "cleaned" my house but I am sharing what I do have. I'm sure these employees have the best intentions but I rate their cleaning abilities a 0 out of 10. I can push dirt around for free.

Vivi was a great cleaner. She did her best around all my mess. Sometimes there were areas that I'd…read morejust have her skip if they weren't accessible. She came weekly. Then one week, with no notice, no discussion, her husband called me to say that she didn't want to come to my house anymore because it was too hard. I felt crushed and ashamed. I know my house is messy. I'm disabled and really struggle. I honestly expected a price increase, which would have been fine. If I couldn't afford it, I would have seen if maybe every other week would work, etc. Instead, I just got shamed and dropped with about 5 minutes notice prior to a visit. For this reason, I would not recommend Vivi to disabled people or those who are worried about a cleaner judging them. She will judge you, and might fire you for not being clean enough.

He told me to pay him via Venmo, which I did, and then I sent him an email with my questions. 4 weeks later, after multiple follow-ups on my side (including a demand for a refund), he eventually responded with no new information and ignoring most of my questions. He made an excuse with an illness and said that my payment was a "tip" for our initial conversation. I would be OK if Jason charges whatever he wants for his consultations, as long as he is upfront with his rates and behaves professionally. Despite our positive first conversation, I ended up very disappointed with his overall service.
