I wanted to just give a shout out to the owner of this barbershop. He was dealt a very bad hand when one of his employees was caught doing disgusting things with an underage girl. But, he immediately took control of the situation and fired the awful individual and put out a very sincere apology, making sure that everyone knew that he finds this behavior abhorrent and will not tolerate it. Great haircuts and people. But why bother having appointments if not going to be on time? Two appointments in a row 10 and 15+ minutes wait? (15+? Don't know how long, not cleaning yet when i left) Lost my business. My time is important too. I can just as well go sit in regular barber shop with no appointment needed. I hadn't gotten a haircut in the Southern Tier in over a decade but I had been in town for a few months as I have been working remotely during Coronavirus times. It had been over five months since I had received a haircut. Hair was poking me in the eye. Face's came up as one of the first barbershops during a quick Google search as did a big "book now" button which linked to the Booksy app. I thought it was great that I could just look at a calendar and book a time which worked for me instead of having to call. But I also liked the positive reviews and the photos I saw. My appointment, booked online, worked seamlessly. Dave was ready when I walked in and gave me a great cut. The overall vibe of the shop is great with a casual social atmosphere. I'll definitely be looking to book my next cut with Dave when I'm in town. read more

Was reluctant to go here at first because I'm not a guy and wasn't sure how it would be. But I have to say that it is excellent place to get your hair done if you are a man or a woman. I told them exactly what I wanted and walked out with exactly what I wanted. I've had Joe and Q both cut my hair and each time they do an amazing job. They take their time and pay attention to the details. I am always please with the results. Usually have to wait a while to get in a chair but they added a new feature where you can schedule an appointment via the booksy app. So I'll use this in the future to ensure I can get in and get cut. The staff was vary friendly! Dara was kind and sweet, I just don't think she listen to what I was asking for. I showed her two different pictures of same hairstyle that I was looking for. I spoke to her about how I didn't like that other hairdressers have used clippers on his hair and you could see lines. Or how the sides are just one length and not faded, I even talked about how someone did a hard part and how my son hated it. she assured me she has 4 kids and understands. she did do a great job making sure that no lines showed but she did exactly what I asked not to be done. she took clippers to the sides and just left the top of it long barely styled. I had to show her the picture again. she then went back and cut the top shorter but just dose not look great. It's not a bad hair cut, I'm just frustrated that I can't find someone to give my son the haircut he likes. read more

Nice place and staff. They allow walk ins or appointments. I take my three boys all the time here to get haircuts.

Best part of this place were the sofa waiting chairs. Its y im giving it 2 stars. I've had many bad haircuts in my life and people politely dont say anything. However, after this hair cut, people didnt keep quiet. Multiple co-workers politely told me it was terrible and not go to the same barber again. Haircut was rushed and uneven. One person described it as getting 2 separate hair cuts, one on the sides and the other on the top. Because the top and the sides weren't communicating, like me and my Ex-wife. read more
