I was hesitant to do another set of eyelashes because of my experience at another salon, it was painful, the hybrid was way too mega volume (for me), and it just didn't look that great in my opinion. Francesca took the time to talk with me about both my eyebrows and eyelashes. She showed me multiple times, mapped them both, talked again about eye shapes and effects of different lash techniques, lash lengths and colors, etc. She did an excellent job and let me tell you the eyelash experience was completely different! She asked, multiple times how I was doing, if I was ok or anything was uncomfortable. She let me stretch and go to the bathroom (was there over 3 hours for all 3 services). I absolutely LOVE my new classic lashes and they just look so incredibly natural! I already knew she did fabulous eyebrows, because she's done mine before and now I know she does incredible eyelash extensions too! Also, the salon is super chic, feminine, and clean!
