Once I was sat down, the stylist asked me FIRST, what is my budget? I should have taken this as a sign but I was headed for a trip and needed the service. I wanted a cut and color, sent pictures of the color I wanted ahead of time, but ended up only getting a simple wash, blow dry, a "rinse" which made no real difference (no cost), and cut. The cut wasn't even what I asked as she insisted I keep the length because "it's so pretty". Also, the service took 4 1/2 hours and I was the only person there. After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere.
