Great thorough facials , if you want extractions than the TS facial is for you! They take two hours and steam well beforehand.

Let me start off by saying, the skincare alone will not give you perfect skin. At least, it didn't for me. When you're in this thing, you're in it for the long haul. That means facials on the regular, purchasing skincare monthly, and revamping your diet. I have no doubt that this will work to clean up even the worst of acne...but then again, I don't doubt that cutting dairy, chocolate, and fried foods (some, but not all, of the requirements for this laid out path to clear skin offered at TSecret) would do that on its own. Angelique gave me the best facial I've ever had...that being said,the only other facial I've gotten was an $80 facial in the sketchy part of Koreatown in L.A. so I'm no expert, but at TSecret they get downnnnnnn to the pore. Literally. Every pore in your face will be extracted before you walk out that front door. Which I don't think is the norm for most places, so TSecret has that down pat...my face has never felt more refreshed and clean than post Angelique's TSecret magic. After my first facial, I realized it was unrealistic to keep up this trend of bi-monthly facials if I wanted to afford to have a life outside of skincare, so I thought I could just buy the au naturale skincare and be good...unfortunately, my skin kinda sucked for the 2 rounds of products I went through. Not to say their products suck, they use AWESOME ingredients, but it just did not work for my skin, at least sans facials and diet change. So my advice to you is, unless your skin is like, really bad, and you're willing to pay big $$$ on the regular and become vegan to fix it...I'd stick to my Khiels which has cleared up my skin back up to a solid B+ in clarity in a matter of weeks post-Manuka cleanser usage which had my skin pretty jacked up for a while there. read more

My wife loves this place. They certainly aren't cheap... my wallet complains every time she visits. However, there is something to be said for their products and the old adage "happy wife, happy life." I do wish it was more affordable. I'm surprised I've never reviewed this place before, as I've been here many times. If you have acne issues, this will literally be the best facial you've ever had. They get rid of EVERYTHING in your skin. The facials are long (2-3 hours), but I assure you, it's worth it. I've had facials with Lisa and Gail, but I'm sure all the girls are amazing. I went to TS Skin Care last week in a panic because I was getting married that Saturday and was suffering from the worst breakout of my life!! My face was full of those fun (not) painful cysts and I was worried all the makeup in the world wouldn't be able to cover them. Jane at TS was fantastic and went out of her way to give me a quick facial and extract as many pimples as she could so that I might have a smooth surface to work with on the big day (I even returned a few days later and she popped some more). I feel like everyone who has any type of acne or clogged pores would benefit from them more than any other product or service out there. I have had 100+ facials and NONE have gone pore by pore and cleaned out my skin the way Lisa did. The best facialists in Orlando! I took my son Sam to Lisa K. He's 16 and she managed to clear his face as well as educate him on his diet and best practices for washing. His breakout and personal hygiene have improved greatly. I highly recommend for teens as well as adults. I am so impressed with TSecret. Having always been extremely low maintenance with skincare, I had never had a facial before and have no idea what to expect for my first treatment. After filling out an online appointment request to see Emily, a TSecret rep contacted me and gave me a very thorough overview of what to expect, TSecret's approach, the importance of healthy eating, etc. and asked that I do a food journal for the days leading up to my appointment. My first appointment lasted THREE hours! It began with a cleansing, 3 long steams totaling over 20+ minutes, and extractions. Again, since this was my first facial ever, I underestimated what an extraction would feel like...not pleasant. However, it was well worth the pain. My skin took a few days to recover but once it did I was overly pleased with the results. For once my skin was even and so so smooth. After the appointment, I loaded up on products: spritzer, manuka based cleanser, toner, blue lotion, oils, moisturizer, and a mask. The products are not cheap but again, they are well worth it. I especially love the use of 100% natural ingredients. No synthetic chemicals or fragrances found here, something very important to me. Since my first treatment, I've been back to see Emily at least 3-4 times and still use the products religiously. In fact, I wont use any other products on my face! I couldn't be a bigger fan of TSecret and Emily, I highly recommend their treatments and products for anyone with troublesome skin. read more

UPDATE: After getting my first facial in November and getting ready for my second facial next month, I decided it is time to update my review. The facial in November was fabulous. Erin was very sweet and helped me out a lot. After my facial, she went over how to use the recommend products and helped me find a better protein powder (since my original protein bars and powder were probably causing my breakouts). The products were a bit pricey, but I gave them a try since they go hand-in-hand with the facial. I am really enjoying the products, and while my face has not cleared up completely, I feel like my face looks healthier and glows (apart from the few pimples I'm still getting). I personally love the scent of tree tea, but I know for some people it's a turn off. I'm hoping with the next session or so, my face will clear up completely. But so far I am satisfied with TSecret. I'm an Esthetician and I always like to take care of my skin. Especially because I always had a problem with acne as a teenager. I use the right products, eat healthy and regularly go for a facial. Going for a nice deep clean facial is one of my favorite things to do. When I started my hormone treatment my face took a big hit. I wish I still lived in Orlando to be able to get Gail's facials... I have moved away and the commute cross country is too far to go, but next time I am in Orlando I will most certainly return. In the years I have been able to visit, I have not found a skin care line I feel most confidant about and I end up getting the lite n velvet day cream, carrot cleanser and tonic spray at least once a year b/c other products just don't seem to balance, nourish, and keep my skin as well- moisturized. I do like the Renovador mask and may include that in my next order... The facial is truly one of a kind and have not had one or have come close to the extraction excellence this spa's technique offers... it is so safe, holistic, and very effective.
