There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. A few weeks ago I tried to use these funds towards my service as I had accumulated several hundred dollars. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared. On a positive note, facial and nail staff are excellent ! Unfortunately quite a few staff members have gone to other spas.

She specifically promised us a therapist named Becca because she could provide the deeper pressure my wife needed. We even paid for the muscle relaxation add-on to ensure results. However, when my wife showed up for the 6:00 PM appointment the next day, it was not the experience she was promised. She was paired with a male therapist, not Becca, without any notification, who didn't apply nearly enough pressure. To make matters worse, he actually told her she had a lot of tension, but luckily "no knots". I ended up having to give her a massage myself when she got home just to work out the knots he claimed weren't there. They were clearly there and didn't need much pressure to feel. We feel completely ripped off after paying nearly $200 for a professional service that provided zero improvement. We were promised a specific specialist and a specific level of care, and we received neither. Save your money and go somewhere that will give you the service you need.

The pressure was way too light & ticklish at times, even though I paid for a deeper pressure. There wasn't a single knot worked out. The massage started late and ended early. This is a huge pet peeve of mine since you essentially pay by the minute.
