The owner is more than accommodating and gave me an extension on when I could turn in the stuff I rented. I really appreciated this and can't thank them enough. When going to drop the stuff off I was expecting to be a little late and called up and was again told I would be allowed to come a couple minutes late. The workers were friendly and genuine and didn't act upset or like we were burdening them too much. Again would recommend this place, true 5 star experience

They said it wasn't allowed so my options are to cancel with no refund or to have a tent come on a day I don't need it. They said it's in their contract. Worst customer service. Read their contract because it also says they can cancel on their side at any time. Beware! I won't rent from them again.

The one complaint I have is the table linens were all wrinkled. For as much as I paid just to rent them, they should have be pressed and arrived on hangers - not folded in boxes. Once the decor was placed on the tables, it helped not to notice it as much. But honestly, a bride's parents are dropping a ton of money on a wedding and the table linens absolutely should be ironed.
