Extremely friendly staff and great diversity of people that use the workshare space from long time dwellers to day visitors like me. €5 gets you 24 hour access and you have to sit at a table with a green sticker. I just love the space and I always get a tonne of work done!

When I refused, they threatened me, claiming I was bound by some T&C i agreed when creating an account on their website, however the contract I never signed. Despite repeated requests, they failed to provide proof of said agreement, sending only an IP address from my inquiry. Their "Customer Success Manager," Antje Hartwig, very was dismissive and unhelpful throughout I had to dispute the charges with my bank and file a complaint with the UK European Consumer Centre due to their threats of default. This company is dishonest and unprofessional--avoid them at all cost for your own good

Prices are affordable but higher compared to other places in Berlin, this attracts a more serious crowd who is really down to business, but also feels more like a shared office than a coworking place. Compared to other coworking spaces in Berlin, it lacks of events and creating opportunities for members to meet. Overall a great place to get your work done, nice coffee , and meeting clients.

During this time…read morethere were multiple extended periods without any response (including two periods of roughly three months each), three changes of project manager, several contract and invoice errors, and inaccuracies in the design/architectural plans (incorrect measurements, symbols, etc). As of today, a number of items remain unfinished or damaged. I'm attaching photos of some of these so readers can assess the work themselves. After six months without a reply, I informed the company that I intended to publish a review. I then received an offer to address some (but not all) of the outstanding items, conditional on further payment. When I asked for clarification on the amount, communication stopped again.
