I took it in & while Andrew was working on getting it apart (it was stuck pretty good), Mike made the suggestion that he had used notebooks that could give me a good deal on & if the hard drive was still good, could put in a new notebook for me & that way I wouldn't lose any of my data. That's what we ended up doing & we were in & out in an hour & half. New notebook for me (plus a free computer bag) & no lost data. They made what I thought was a bad situation to making my day! We have been going to them for their excellent & knowledgeable service for a few years now & never disappointed.
