We hosted 5 events over 4 days - Jayne & Debbie helped us select the venues, put together the perfect sequence of events, helped us select the hotels for our guests, attended the events and saw to every detail. The highlight of the trip for many was our visit to the Bluebird Cafe. Jayne & Debbie arranged a buyout of the restaurant for our group, selected fantastic songwriters to meet with us and had lunch catered by The Loveless Cafe - both quintessential Nashville stops. They arranged transportation to and from the event and all worked seamlessly. On a personal note, they were pleasant to deal with, communicating effectively for over a year for the planning, tastings, and coordination of all of the details. My fiancé and I made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding due to circumstances outside of our control. As an active duty military member, I was unable to travel outside of the state of SC to attend my own wedding due to COVID 19 military travel restrictions. We were forced to postpone the wedding to May 29th. After speaking with Alex about the required change, she attempted to charge us a $500 change fee, and wouldn't waive it due my military obligations. I find this completely offensive to all members of the military. Additionally, she passed us off to her assistant, while not reducing the cost for the new wedding date. Of course she is keeping the $973.75 deposit and won't consider even giving ANY of it back. She did absolutely zero work, even though her service states that she's a 6 week out planner and we formally cancelled inside of that. I do not recommend her! Also, she has been out of the country/on vacation at least two different times in the past few months and is difficult to get in touch with. Stay away from this greedy one, she won't work with you!

I thought we blew it by calling so late but they hustled and got the whole thing done quickly. All details were settled by the time I got to Nashville and everything was handled with the personal touch of the ownership. This company was awesome and probably plan some wild bachelor/bachelorette parties too but we were just a group of guys looking to do a boat day on the lake (highly recommend) and that was just as fun. Our driver Nathan, or "NateDog" as we referred to him, was a bro and the perfect man for the job. He took us for some cliff jumping and tubing before bringing us to party cove, a sandbar on the lake where you can stand, drink, and mingle with other boaters. Plenty of women, men, locals, tourists, whatever you're looking for, or just hang on your boat if you prefer that. NashVegas provides everything from gas to beer & alcohol to food & water to sunscreen & towels. We also had great speakers and were blasting great music the whole time. Just bring good vibes and your liver, everything else is provided. Best part was that Damon was there himself in the boat next to us. He had his own crew so we all linked up and partied together, but he was also constantly making sure everything went well for both groups. Bottom line, if you prefer some out of touch/corporate staff that would rather set up your event and then never see you again or be bothered with anything once your check clears this is not for you... but if you want to hire a company that will treat you like close friends catching up on old times as much as customers, and has no problem sticking with you throughout the whole process to make sure you have a good time (for a reasonable price by the way), look no further than NashVegasVIP and ask for Damon.
