I had thee absolute worst experience here! Ryan was my barber, after telling him how I wanted my hair cut he did not listen to a word I said. He proceeded on giving me a hair cut that he wanted to give me. He shaved the sides of my sideburns completely off when I wanted a 3 to a 4 fade. I told him I never asked for that and he proceeded to give me a horrible haircut. He then wanted to pay attention to everyone else except for me and cut my EYE BROW HALF OFF! At the end of him wasting my time I had to go to another shop for them to fix my hair because it was so uneven. Please do not go here! read more

I drove my boyfriend here first thing in the morning because he wanted to go to a good barbershop in the pinellas county area instead of driving all the way to Tampa. We arrived first thing in the morning before they opened, which was supposed to be at 10am. When 10:00 came, that's when the doors should have opened but they didn't. There were people who arrived early as well because they had an appointment. 10:15 came along and they still weren't opened. 10:25 hit, and what do you know they still were not opened. After that we just left because we weren't going to waste another minute of our life waiting for these people to open. So I went to fade Masters 4 today got there around 5 p.m.after a long day of work. Now im ready for my weekend time to get fresh. So as I'm walking up to the doors I see someone come out of the shop not many cars in the parking lot,so now im like yeah no long wait....im thinking awesome. I approach the door an just before I reach the door knob someone locked the door. I look at my watch its just after 5pm an they close at 7p Wtf!!! Needless to say I was pissed and want be going there anymore.. Used the 33% off check in coupon today which brought a 15 dollar cut down to 10 bucks. Tony was my barber and he was very meticulous. He took his time making sure everything was perfect. I have to say I was pretty impressed. It's nice to see when a person who is cutting your hair pays such attention to detail. Nice guy, great place with lots of flat screen TV 's to keep you entertained while waiting and the prices are fair for the various cuts they offer. I'll definitely be back! read more

My son and I came in today as a walk-in and were impressed. Everyone was professional and the shop was clean and well-equipped. Very laid-back fun atmosphere and boy can they handle a fade. *left feeling disrespected and stupid* I sat and waited 20 minutes for a barber while two were walking around shooting the breeze. Finally, one of the barbers took me to his chair where I sat for another 10 minutes with out him saying anything to me but he continued talking to the other barbers about "big booty bitches" and organizing his work station while I seriously sat there. My blood was boiling and I got up and walked out. It is clear that these barbers don't care about customer service or care about customers in any manner. I can tell you that on a Friday this place is very busy and recommended to call ahead however we didn't wait too long but the quality of the haircut was amazing my son was super happy and they were very fun and professional. I've been here four or five times and got decent haircuts. But today, as they don't actually use the clipboard they have on the front counter, they called three different guys up to the chairs that came in after I did. And I get a pretty simple fade, and I tip the guy five bucks every time. But they made me sit there for almost an hour, calling dudes up who had only been there 5 or 10 minutes. This happened to me at this place once before. Finally I got sick of it, called and made an appointment at another place, and was getting my haircut someplace else one hour later. If you're not going to serve white dudes, you should put a sign on your front door that says "we don't serve white dudes." I won't go back. read more

AWFUL! My hair and beard looked better before I went in. I gave this place 2 chances and they messed me up both times. I go in and show the guy a picture of my haircut from my old barber (medium bald fade with a combover). I told him specifically not to take the fade too high on the side and leave enough hair to comb down to complete the look. First thing he does is buzz me all the way up to the top of my head. On top of it being way too high, I could see his guidelines when I went out in the sun. The line up was pushed back damn near half an inch too. Now onto the beard. I asked him to line it up and told him specifically not to push it down at all. First thing he does is push it down a whole inch and now I basically have a chinstrap. Then he decides to completely butcher my mustache. On top of all of this, he left hairs near my ear and on the side of my head. No attention to detail. I could literally have done better myself in my bathroom. LAY OFF THE MARIJUANA EDIBLES AND TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO. You guys aren't good enough sober so don't get high and cut my hair. What a joke! Only reason why I came to this dump was because the Fademasters with the best barbers in Tampa/"bay area" was closed. This chump here must have been on drugs or something. After my haircut here, you could have nicknamed me "patch-head" because that was how atrocious the haircut I got here was. After I got cut up on my face and head, the barber told me to get stoked up for the sting of the stuff he was going to throw on after he cut me up.... seriously bro?! Could have gone to Aveda and got my hair cut by a hot inexperienced newbie and have it messed up instead of coming to this dump and having it messed up by some crack head! Waited for an hour with my kid and left completely disappointed with the service. Arrived and watched multiple regulars without appointments get seated before us. There is a sign in list that was completely disregarded. The reviews say this place has great barbers but they lack professionalism and oversight. The barbers take random breaks and leave whenever they wish so you really can't get a good read on when you'll be seen. My advice - get an appointment or go to another barber shop. I won't be wasting my time here because my first impression was so tainted with the laisse passe customer service. read more
